Before using the appliance, please take the time to read this user manual carefully to familiarise yourself with the functions of the appliance and ensure that you use it as intended. 1. This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking experience or knowledge of the product, provided that they have been given adequate supervision or instruction concerning safe use of the appliance and understand the hazards involved.

2. This appliance is not a toy. Children must not play with the appliance.

3. The appliance is intended for domestic use only. Do not use it for any other purpose incompatible with its intended use. The appliance is not intended for commercial purposes. Do not use the appliance outdoors.

4. If left unattended, the appliance should be switched off and disconnected from the power source.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Position the appliance on a flat surface, then press the lock release button (Fig. 1) to lift the body.
2. Insert the bowl into the appliance and rotate it clockwise (Fig. 2).
3. To install the desired part, place it in the drive shaft (Fig. 3) and turn it counterclockwise until it clicks into place (Fig. 4).
4. Press the lock release button and then lower the arm (2 Fig. A).
5. Place the bowl lid on the appliance (Fig. 5)
6. Insert the main plug into a suitable electric socket (200-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz).
7. Switch on the appliance by setting the speed controller to the desired speed (1-10).
8. To activate the pulse mode, turn the speed controller to the "P" position and hold it there for the desired duration. When released, the controller automatically returns to the "0" position.
9. Once you achieve the desired result, turn the speed control back to the "0" position. Pull the plug out of the socket.
10. To raise the arm of the appliance, press the lock release button.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NO.	PROBLEM SOLUTION
1 The	appliance does not work.	Check to make sure that the appliance is properly connected to the power supply. Check to make sure that the lock release knob has returned to its original position. If the appliance has been running continuously for 6 minutes, let it cool down.
2 The	appliance makes excessive noise during operation.	Check to make sure that the bowl is seated correctly. Check to make sure that the selected accessory is correctly installed.
3 Certain speeds in the appliance are not functioning.		If the selected speed does not work, set the controller back to the “0” position, wait a few minutes, then try again.
4 The	appliance is moving around while in use.	Check to make sure that the anti-slip foot is securely in place. Check to make sure that the appliance is placed on a flat and even surface.
5 The	lock release knob did not return to its original position after placing the bowl and lid.	Make sure that the lid is properly placed on the bowl. Check to make sure that the bowl is seated correctly.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Before cleaning, disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet.
2. Never immerse the body of the appliance in water.
3. Do not use abrasive substances or strong cleaning agents.

1. Use only a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance body.

Bowl and accessories

1. Clean the parts that come into contact with food using dishwashing liquid.
2. The accessories are dishwasher safe.
3. Allow the parts to dry completely before using them again.
