How to connect my smartphone via Bluetooth?
Press the MODE button on the speaker or remote control until Bluetooth mode is selected. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for the name SOGO SS-8955. Select it to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator stays on.
How to use the TWS function (wireless connection of two speakers)?
Make sure you have two identical speakers (same model). Turn both on. On one of them, briefly press the TWS button (or PRI/TWS). The two speakers will connect automatically. Then you can pair your Bluetooth source normally.

How to listen to FM radio?

Insert a USB drive or TF card into the speaker. Connect a microphone (6.3 mm jack). Press the REC button to start recording. Press again to stop. To listen to the recording, double-press REC. To delete, press and hold REC.

6. PRODUCT AND PANEL OVERVIEW:

This panel is located on the top part of the speaker, with multiple buttons and functions we can manage multiple things from here.

1- 6.3mm MIC 1 Jack: This is the slot for microphone jack 1. 2- 6.3mm MIC 2 Jack: This is the slot for microphone jack 2. 3- 3.5mm AUX in Jack: With the help of Auxiliar cable, you can connect any device like Radios, Cell phone, MP3 player or any other device and enjoy the content of your own choice. 4- 5V --- 1A DC charging output: This USB port is provided as a charging output port for charging mobile / air pods / any other electronic device which works on 5V DC current.

5- TF CARD: This slot is provided to insert the TF card.

6- USB Port: This speaker supports 32 GB USB pen drive. Once we insert the USB card into the slot, we can listen the music and songs saved in the USB pen drive.

7- - ECHO +: This rotating knob is provided to control the Echo effect in microphone mode.

8- - DELAY +: This rotating knob is provided to adjust the DELAY of the sound output.

9- - TREBLE +: This knob is provided to adjust the TREBLE effect of the sound according to your own comfort.

10- - BASS +: This knob is provided to adjust the BASS effect of the sound output that suits best to your comfort.

11- This button is provided for RGB light mode. Long press this button to turn ON or OFF the light mode. Short press this button to select the desired light mode from 6 different light modes.

12- PRI / TWS: Press this button to activate or deactivate the microphone. Hold this button to switch ON or OFF TWS mode. Kindly note that echo cannot be useful while playing with Mic.

13- Press the key to switch between the different modes of BLUETOOTH/FM/TF CARD/AUX/USB. Kindly note that Bluetooth/FM/AUX should be switched on only when no USB/TF card is inserted because USB/TF card slot is given priority. Long press power ON or OFF the device.

14- 🎧: This button is provided to change between original and accompaniment of sound in Karaoke.

15- REC: Short press this button to record. Double press this button to play the recording, and long press this button to delete the recording.

16- MIC Volume +: Rotate this knob to adjust the microphone volume.

17- Volume +: Rotate this knob to adjust the volume to your comfort.

18- Previous key:

In FM mode: press this key to return to the previous radio station. Press and hold in the current frequency band for 3 seconds to search backward semi-automatically. In BT/TF/USB mode: short press this key to go back to the previous track.

19- Play/Pause button:

In AUX mode: short press this button to mute/unmute. In BT/USB/TF mode: short press to pause/play, long press to disconnect Bluetooth. In FM mode: press and hold this button to search automatically for a radio station. Save all stations found after preview, and press this key also to mute or unmute.

20- Next Key:

In FM mode: press this key to move to the next radio station. Hold this button at the current frequency band for 3 seconds to search forward semi-automatically. In BT/USB/TF mode: short press for the next track.

How to use the remote control:

1- The remote control is provided to operate and turn OFF the device. It cannot turn the device ON. Press this button to turn off the device. The device can be turned ON by pressing and holding the source button on the Bluetooth speaker.

2- Press this button in USB/TF mode to switch between folders.

3- Press the MODE button to switch between the different modes of BT/FM/TF/AUX/USB. Kindly note that the USB/TF card slot has been given priority, so switch to AUX/BT/FM mode when no USB/TF card is inserted.

4- This button is provided to increase the volume.

5- Previous key:

In FM mode: press this key to return to the previous radio station. Press and hold in the current frequency band for 3 seconds to search in the backward direction semi-automatically.

In BT/TF/USB mode: short press this key to go back to the previous track.

6- Next Key:

In FM mode: press this key to move to the next radio station. Hold this button at the current frequency band for 3 seconds to search in the forward direction semi-automatically.

In BT/USB/TF mode: short press for the previous track.

7- Play/Pause button:

In AUX mode: short press this button to mute/unmute.

In BT/USB/TF mode: short press to pause/play, long press to disconnect the Bluetooth.

In FM mode: press and hold this button to search automatically for a radio station. Save all the stations found after preview and press this key also to mute or unmute.

8- This button is provided to decrease the volume.

9- This button is provided to decrease the microphone volume.

10- This button is provided to increase the microphone volume.

11- Press this button to change the sound between original and Karaoke.

12- MIC/PRI: Short press this button to turn ON or OFF the microphone priority loop.

13- TWS: Short press this button to activate or deactivate TWS function. When the TWS function is paired, press this function to disconnect the TWS connection.

14- This button is provided to mute or unmute the speaker.

Bluetooth Pairing Mode:

Press the "MODE" button on the remote controller or the button on the Bluetooth speaker to switch into Bluetooth mode. At this moment, the Bluetooth light starts to blink slowly to search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Turn on your mobile Bluetooth device and search for the device name SOGO SS-8955 to match them properly. When it is paired successfully, your phone is connected to the speaker system and the Bluetooth button lights up. When the music starts to play, the Bluetooth light will light up. You can perform functions such as PLAY/PAUSE on the top panel. In Bluetooth mode, while connecting the mobile phone, long press the button to disconnect the Bluetooth function forcefully.

NOTE: Once your device is connected with the Bluetooth speaker, there is no need to reconnect it. Whenever you turn on the Bluetooth of your device, it automatically connects with the speaker.

TWS Functioning:

This speaker model has a special function known as TWS (True Wireless) function. In this function, we can connect 2 speakers at the same time with the same device without any wired connection. This function helps to enhance the sound level and also helps to cover a big area for parties and functions.

To turn on the TWS function, switch on the 2 identical and same model speakers. Press the TWS button (short press) to activate the TWS function, and in no time both of the speakers will be connected to the device.

Now you can enjoy music and songs with enhanced quality.

NOTE: To make use of the TWS function, make sure both of the speakers must be of the same model and also need to have the same Bluetooth pairing name.

Aux-In / Line-In

With the help of the Aux-In input, you can connect all musical devices such as radios, laptops, televisions, and all devices that don't have Bluetooth connection function.

To connect the devices, you need an audio cable. Connect one end to the speaker's Aux-in and the other side to the device that needs to be connected, then press the mode button to bring the device into AUX mode, and the device will connect with the speaker.

NOTE: In this mode, all functions are controlled by the external device.

Music with the help of USB drive and Micro TF / SD card:

saved in your pen drive or memory card.

To play the speaker in USB drive mode / TF card mode, first switch on the speaker using the power button located on the back panel.

Insert the USB pen drive or micro-SD card into the corresponding slots. For this mode, there is no need to select the mode; just by inserting the USB card / micro-SD card, the speaker automatically starts to play saved music.

In this mode, with the help of the Play button, music can be played or paused at any time, and with the Prev. and Next buttons, you can switch songs from the song list saved on the external memory cards.

NOTE: Make sure that while you insert the USB drive / Micro SD card, the speaker must be in Bluetooth mode.

FM mode:

Press the power button to switch on the speaker, and with the help of the Mode button, you can switch from Bluetooth mode to FM mode.

Press the "Play" button and the speaker automatically starts to search for different FM channels. Once it receives the signal of a channel, it keeps saving it automatically.

Once all the FM channels are saved, you can search for your favorite FM channels with the help of the Prev. / Next buttons and listen to the music.

NOTE: In FM mode, in order to get a better FM signal, please insert the audio cable into the Aux-in input; it works as an antenna.

Recording function:

To use the recording function, make sure that the speaker has a USB pen drive or TF card inserted. Turn on the speaker and plug in the microphone. Once the microphone is connected, your device is ready to record your voice.

Press the REC button to start the recording procedure, and the same button can be used to stop the recording.

7. CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

This unit has a built-in battery, and to charge it, this unit is provided with a power adaptor of 15V, 2A.

In order to charge the battery, turn off the unit and insert the power adaptor into an electrical wall outlet, and connect it using the charging slot of the speaker. The indicator light will turn red, meaning the unit is charging.

Approx. charging time is 4.5 hours. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light turns green.

To extend battery life, do not charge it for more than 4-5 hours at a time.

NOTE: Play time depends on the type of music and volume. With 50% volume and normal music or sound, it works for approximately 5 hours.

The built-in battery is not replaceable. Do not remove or replace it yourself. In case of any issue, take it to an authorized service center for repair.

Also, make sure that the battery charging adaptor input is dry at the time of charging.

Do not use the speaker while it is charging, as this may reduce battery life.

Make sure to remove the power adaptor cable and keep it in a cool, dry place.

8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
