How do I connect the Sogo SS-8240 headphones to my phone?

Press and hold the power button to turn on the headphones. They automatically enter Bluetooth mode and the indicator flashes green and red. Open your device's Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth, and select SOGO SS-8240 from the list. The connection establishes automatically.

How do I charge the headphones?

Turn off the headphones. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port of the headphones, then connect the other end to a USB charger (5V, 500mA-1A) or a computer. The LED light turns on during charging and turns off when the battery is full (about 2-3 hours).

What is the battery life of the Sogo SS-8240 headphones?

Listening time is 8 to 10 hours after a full charge. On standby, the headphones can last up to 300 hours. Charging time is about 2-3 hours.

How do I activate Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

Slide the ANC switch on the right side of the headphones to the right to activate ANC mode (the green light stays on). To deactivate ANC, push the switch to the left (the light turns off).

Can I use the headphones with an auxiliary cable?

Yes. Insert the auxiliary cable (included) into the headphone jack, then press and hold the VOL - button to switch to Audio In mode. The headphones automatically switch back to Bluetooth mode when the cable is removed.

4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BEFORE FIRST USE:

In order to have a good experience, please charge the headphones fully before using them.

Note:

You must select a qualified charger from a regular manufacturer. (Charging Voltage: 5V, Charging Current: 500mAh to 1A). A fully charged headphone will lose its power automatically if left unused. It is recommended to charge the headset every three months. Do not leave the headset in too hot or too cold conditions (best between -10°C and 55°C) which may affect the headset's operations although it is fully charged. Do not dispose of the headphone into fire or water.

I. Please note that these headphones are not waterproof, so pay more attention while using in moist atmosphere. II. Support computer USB charging or you can charge it with the help of a charging adaptor. Make sure that the charging adaptor is good quality.

CONTROL PANEL

/▶: Long press to turn on and off.

1. Short press to play and pause the music.
2. In case of incoming calls, short press to answer the call and long press to reject. To call back, press this button.

V+ / ▶: Short press to move to the next song and long press to increase the volume.

V- / |: Short press to move to the previous song and long press to decrease the volume.

ANC mode: Move the ANC button to the right to enter ANC mode and move left to remove ANC mode. Green light remains on in ANC mode and goes off when this mode is removed.

HOW TO CONNECT BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE TO DEVICE

Long press the power button to turn on the headphone. The headphone automatically enters Bluetooth mode and the indicator light flashes green and red. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and turn it on, then look for the Bluetooth name "SOGO SS-8240" in the list of available Bluetooth devices. Touch the Bluetooth name and wait for a while, and your mobile device will be connected to the headphone, and your headphone is ready to use.

Since your device is connected with headphones, every time you turn on the Bluetooth connection of the headphones, your device will be connected automatically.

AUXILIARY CABLE INPUT

Insert the auxiliary cable and long press the VOL – button. The unit enters Audio In mode. To exit the audio mode, simply remove the auxiliary cable.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

Turn off the headphones and insert the Type-C charging cable into the charging slot of the headphones. Connect the other end to the USB slot of a computer, and the headphones will start charging. You can also charge them using a charging adapter (5V). To charge with an adapter, connect the other end to the USB slot of the adapter, plug the adapter into a wall outlet, and the headphones will start charging. While charging, the LED indicator light turns on. When the device is fully charged, the red indicator light goes away.

Note: This headphone battery is provided with capacity detection and overload protection, which protect the battery and unit from overcharging.
