• Please read the suggestions below in order to help prolong the product lifespan.
• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid circumstance to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the sun or high heat. High heating will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially non-professionals.
• Do not fall, vibrate strongly, strike with hard objects, to avoid damage to inner electronic circuit.
• Do not use high chemical products, detergent to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avert damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not make it charging 10 hours continuously for the sake of lifespan.
  If the product cannot work properly, please send it to SOGO authorized maintenance agents. Our staff will help to solve the problems for you.

Charge the Battery

The headphone contains a Micro USB cable that can be connected to your computer or other device made for USB charging. Plug the Micro USB end of the included USB cable into the USB micro port charger connector under the left ear-cap of the headphone. Plug the other end into a USB port on your computer or other devices made for USB charging. The indicator light will be red while charging. Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn off. Charge time is two hours on an empty battery. The fully charged battery has power for up to 12 hours talking and/or music time (and up to 20 hours standby time).

When red light flashes, it is low battery. Please charge the headphone as soon as possible.

Note:

The headset is with built-in lithium ion battery. Please keep at least 4 hours full charge before first time of use (Suggestion: Do not use the car charger for charging it the first time,).
