How to turn on the headset?

Press and hold the A button (switch) for 4 seconds until the blue indicator flashes and the 'power on' tone sounds.

How to pair the headset with my phone?

Make sure the headset is off. Press and hold the MFB button (center button) for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode (blue flashing indicator). On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select 'SOGO SS-8454'. If a password is requested, enter '0000'.

How to answer or reject a call?

To answer, briefly press the MFB button. To reject, press and hold the MFB button for 4 seconds.

How to adjust the volume?

Briefly press the V+ button to increase the volume and the V- button to decrease it.

How to skip to the next or previous track?

For the next track, press and hold the V+ button. For the previous track, press and hold the V- button.

How to use the FM radio function?

Press the M (mode) button to switch to radio mode. Then press the MFB button to automatically search for available channels.

How to use the TF card (microSD)?

Insert a TF card into the slot provided (marked TF on the headset). Audio file playback starts automatically.

What is the battery life?

The battery life is 12 hours of music playback, 15 hours of talk time, and 500 hours of standby. The charging time is approximately 3.5 hours.

What to do if the headset does not turn on?

Check that the battery is charged. Connect the USB charging cable and wait at least 30 minutes before trying again. If the problem persists, contact Sogo customer service.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft dry cloth. Never use chemical products, detergents, or sharp objects to avoid damaging the surface.

- Please read the suggestions below in order to help prolong the product lifespan.

- Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid circumstance to avoid short circuit.

- Do not expose it to the sun or high heat. High heating will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.

- Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.

- Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially non-professionals.

- Do not fall, vibrate strongly, strike with hard objects, to avoid damage to inner electronic circuit.

- Do not use high chemical products, detergent to clean the item.

- Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avert damaging the case and appearance.

- Do not make it charging 10 hours continuously for the sake of lifespan.

How to Use

Power On/Off

Power on: Long press the A for 4 seconds until the blue indicator light flashing for 1 second with the prompt tone “power on”.

Power off: Long press the A for 6 seconds until the red indicator light flashing for 1 second with the prompt tone “power off”.

Paring

1. When the device is power off, long press A for 4 seconds, then blue indicator light will be flashing.

2.Open Bluetooth function on the phone

1. Search Bluetooth Devices

4.Choose "SOGO SS-8454" (If require password, please input "0000")

5.Blue LED light will flash slowly with prompt tone, if product is paired successfully.

Paring two mobile phones

1. According to the paring steps to connect the first mobile phone and turn off the Bluetooth function on the phone to pair the second mobile phone.

2.Open Bluetooth function on first mobile phone, then manually connect to the first mobile phone.

How to Use

Call

Answer / end a call: short press the MFB to connect or hang up the current phone.

Reject a call: Lõng press the MFB for 4 seconds.

Redial a call: Double click the MFB for 2 seconds.

Switching a Call:

hit MBF, then you can hang up the first call and answer second call.
