How to charge the toothbrush?

Connect the supplied USB cable to any USB adapter (including a phone charger) and plug it into the brush's charging port. The charging light turns on. When the battery is full, the light turns off.

What are the different brushing modes?

Press the power button to cycle through the 5 modes: White (default), Clean, Sensitive, Polish, and Massage. Each mode has a different LED light.

How to change the brush head?

To remove the head, turn it counterclockwise. To install a new head, turn it clockwise until you hear a click. Heads are compatible only with this model.

How to clean the toothbrush?

Rinse the brush head after each use. Clean the body regularly with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the brush in water.

What is the battery life of the toothbrush?

A full charge provides up to 3 weeks of use (two 2-minute brushings per day). The battery is lithium-ion.

What to do if the brush does not turn on?

Make sure the battery is charged. Plug in the USB cable and wait a few minutes; the charging light should turn on. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

Is the toothbrush waterproof?

It is not designed to be immersed. Avoid submerging it in water or any other liquid. If it falls into water, dry it thoroughly before use.

What is the warranty period?

SOGO offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse.

Can I use other brush heads?

Only Sogo brush heads models SS-12347 (white) or SS-12348 (black) are compatible. Do not use non-recommended accessories.

How often should I replace the brush head?

It is recommended to change the brush head every 6 months for optimal performance. Replace it sooner if bristles are worn.

THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE USING YOUR SONIC TOOTHBRUSH

• Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer. Always intend to use the toothbrush head sold by the manufacturer.
• This toothbrush can also be charged by using any mobile adapter.
• Keep checking and clean your toothbrush regularly. The regular cleaning will give you the long service of your toothbrush.
• Make sure to change the toothbrush head every 6 months, in order to get you the correct performance.
• Never immerse the toothbrush in water or any other liquid. In the event of falling in water, make sure to dry it up correctly before reusing or charging.
• Do not use the charger if the wire has been broken or damaged.
• Do not disassemble or try to repair yourself in case any problem or damage, if need to do so, take the toothbrush to the nearest authorized service center of SOGO or similarly qualified technician.
• Persons who are suffering from severe dental problems or diseases or have undergone through dental surgery must consult with the doctors prior to use. Toddlers, infants and person who are unable to operate such a device, should be supervised.
• Do not soak the product for long period of time in water.
• Do not place the toothbrush in high temperature conditions or expose it to direct sunlight.
• Do not force the bristles against teeth or gums, as this can cause harm.

Know your electronic toothbrush:

Power Button: To switch the unit on and off.

White: This mode is for teeth whitening and is the default mode.

Clean: This mode provides thorough cleaning.

Sensitive: If you have sensitive teeth and gums, choose this mode for proper care and cleaning.

Polish: This mode polishes your teeth for brightness.

Massage: This mode provides a soothing massage and cleaning together.

Charging light: When the charging cable is connected, this light turns on and stays on until fully charged.

Charging Port: To connect the charging cable and charge the toothbrush.

Using the electric toothbrush

Before using the toothbrush, make sure the brush head is properly attached to the handle.

You can choose any mode by pressing the power button. Pressing it once starts with the default mode (White) and the white light turns on. To change the mode, keep pressing the power button until you reach your desired function.

Wet the bristles with a few drops of water and apply toothpaste as needed.

You can use any toothpaste.

Place the bristles against the teeth at a slight angle toward the gumline.

Press the power button to turn it on.

Gently move the brush head across the front, back, and top surfaces of the teeth.

Do not apply too much pressure, and do not brush the same spot for more than a few seconds at a time. Do not brush for more than 2 minutes, as recommended by dentists. This toothbrush has a special feature: it stops automatically after 2 minutes.

To avoid splashing toothpaste, always turn on the toothbrush after placing it against the teeth.

Replacing the Toothbrush Head

To detach the toothbrush head, hold it with your fingers and turn it counterclockwise; the head will detach from the brush body.

To install it, do the opposite: turn it clockwise. You will hear a click, and the head will be fixed in place.

Note that each brush head has a colored ring at the bottom for identification. This allows different family members to use the same device with different brush heads.

The brush heads provided with this device are not compatible with other brands. If you need additional or spare brush heads, you can order them from the same retail outlet where you purchased the device. You will receive a 2-piece set of white brush heads (Model Sogo SS-12347) for the Model SS-12340 device, and a 2-piece set of black brush heads (Model SS-12348) for the Model Sogo SS-12345 device. Each piece in the 2-piece set comes with different colored bristles and rings for identification. You can also contact our service center directly for spare brush head sets. Charging the Toothbrush

When battery power is low, the charging indicator light will start flashing. It flashes 10 times to remind you that the toothbrush needs to be charged.

To charge the toothbrush, connect the USB cable to any USB charging adapter (you can use a mobile adapter as well), plug it into a power supply, and connect it to the toothbrush's charging port. The charging indicator light will turn on.

When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator light turns off and the charging unit will shut off automatically to avoid overcharging. When using the product for the first time or after it has not been used for a long time, it is normal for the indicator light not to turn on initially. Do not worry; the unit will start charging immediately and the indicator light will turn on within the next 5 minutes.

Maintenance

• Make sure you rinse the brush head properly after use.
• Your electric toothbrush contains rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries. Do not charge the batteries until they are completely discharged, otherwise the battery cells may become damaged.

Warranty Period:

SOGO provides you with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against any defect due to defective material or workmanship of the product. If the product poses any defect or becomes defective during this period, SOGO will repair it free of cost (or replace it at their own discretion) at any of their own or authorized after-sales service centers.

The warranty does not cover if the product has been used in a wrong way or used other than its intended use. Failing to follow the SOGO manual guidelines to ensure product and user safety will lead to warranty extinction. Also, the warranty will be invalid if the product servicing or repair has been done by any service center other than SOGO's own service centers or officially authorized centers.
