THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE USING YOUR SONIC TOOTH BRUSH

• Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Always intend to use the toothbrush head sold by the manufacturer.
• This toothbrush can also be charged by using any mobile adapter.
• Keep checking and clean your toothbrush regularly. The regular cleaning will give you the long service of your toothbrush.
• Make sure to change the toothbrush head every 6 months, in order to get you the correct performance.
• Never immerse the toothbrush in water or any other liquid. In the event of falling in water, make sure to dry it up it correctly before reusing or charging.
• Do not use the charger if the wire has been broken or damaged.
• Do not disassemble or try to repair yourself in case any problem or damage, if need to do so, take the toothbrush to the nearest authorized service center of SOGO or similarly qualified technician.
• Persons who are suffering from severe dental problems or diseases or have undergone through dental surgery must consult with the doctors prior to use.
  • Toddlers, infants and person who are unable to operate such a device, should be supervised.

• Do not soak the product for long period of time in water.

• Do not place the toothbrush in high temperature condition, or exposed to the sun.

• Do not force the bristles against teeth or gums, as it can harm them.

Know your electronic toothbrush:

Power Button: To switch on and switch off the unit.

White: This mode function is for whitening of the teeth and also this is the default mode function.

Clean: This mode function gives you the thorough cleaning.

Sensitive: If you have sensitive teeth and gums, then you can choose this mode in order to get the correct care and cleaning.

Polish: This mode is to polish your teeth get you the brightness.

Massage: this mode function is used to give the you the soothing massage and cleaning together.

Charging light: While connecting the charging cable this light turns on, remained on, until fully charged.

Charging Port: To connect the charging cable and charge the toothbrush.

Using the electric toothbrush

Before to use the toothbrush make sure that the brush head is placed properly with the brush.

You can choose any mode by pressing power button, by pressing once it start with the default function mode which is white and white light is turn on, in order to change the function keep pressing the power button until you get your desired function.

Wet the bristles with the help of some drops of water and apply the toothpaste as per your requirement.

You can use any toothpaste.

Place the bristles against the teeth at a slight angle towards the gumline.

Press the power button on.

Gently move the brush head across the teeth on front, back and top sides.

Do not apply too much pressure also do not brush same place for more than few seconds at a time Do not brush the teeth more than 2 minutes time, recommended by dentists, although this toothbrush has a special function that it stops automatically after 2 minutes.

To avoid the splashing of the toothpaste always turn on when you have placed the toothbrush against the teeth.

Replacing the toothbrush Head

To detach the toothbrush head hold it by the fingers and turn anti clockwise direction and toothbrush head will get detached from the brush body.

To install it do the process in opposite direction, means in clockwise direction, there will be a click noise and the toothbrush head will get fixed.

You may note that each brush head has a separate colour ring at the bottom which helps in its identification. This helps in using the same device for different members of the family (with different brush heads).

The brush heads provided with this machine are not compatible with any other brand products. If you need additional or spare brush heads you can order or request the same from the same retail outlet from where you bought the machine to serve you 2 pc set of White brush heads Model Sogo SS-12347 (for ModelISS-12340 device) and 2 pc Black brush heads Model SS-12348 (for Model Sogo SS-12345 device). Each piece in the 2 pc set comes with different colour bristles as well as colour rings as identifiers. You may also contact our service centre directly to help you find the spare brush head sets. Install Detach

Charging of the Toothbrush Head

When battery power is low, the charging indicator light will start flashing and it flashes 10 times to remind you that toothbrush need to be charged.

In order to charge the toothbrush, connect the USB cable to any USB charging adaptor (you can use any mobile adapter as well) and connect with the power supply and connect it to the toothbrush charging port, and the charging indicator light turns on.

When the battery gets fully charged that charging indicators light turns off and the charging unit will shut of automatically in order to avoid overcharging. While using the first time or when it has not been used for long time, it is normal that the indicators light does not turn on initially. So, don't worry and the unit start charging immediately and indicator light also turns on in the next 5 minutes.

Maintenance

• Make sure you rinse the brush head properly after use.
• Your electric toothbrush contains rechargeable Lithium Ion type batteries. Do not charge the batteries until they are completely discharged, otherwise the battery cells may become damaged

Warranty Period:

SOGO provides you 2 years warranty from the date of purchase against any defect due to defective material or workmanship of the product. If the product poses any defect or become defective during this period, SOGO will repair it free of cost (or replace at their own discretion) in any of their own or authorized after-sales service centres.

The warranty does not cover if the product has been used in a wrong way or being used other than its intended use. Failing to follow the SOGO manual guidelines in order to ensure the product and user safety will lead to warranty extinction. Also the warranty will be invalid, if the product servicing or repair has been done by any service centre other than SOGO'S its own service centres or officially authorized centres.
