5. USE

Battery charging: The blender is supplied with a not fully charged battery: for best performance it is advisable to fully charge it before use. Recharging is carried out, strictly with speed selector in position 0, connecting the charging cable to the appropriate socket provided with the charger, then connecting the USB-C connector to the charging socket located on the side of the motor body, taking care to disconnect and slightly move the protective rubber gasket. The insertion must be carried out gently and thoroughly, until a click is heard in correspondence with the total insertion; the connector is reversible, therefore it can also be inserted upside down. Once you have verified the correct insertion of the plug, insert the charger into the wall socket and check that the recharge starts with the sequential lighting of the LEDs of the indicator, with a number of LEDs gradually increasing until fully recharged, that is when all the LEDs are on steady. This operation must be performed every time the charging indicator lights up with a single LED; the charging time is approximately 4 hours. When charging is complete, disconnect the USB cable from the motor body and the charger from the wall socket and replace the rubber gasket on the charging connector. During recharging, the start of rotation is electronically prevented.

Whisks application: Before first use, it is advisable to wash the whisks with normal dish detergent: avoid washing in the dishwasher. Before use, the whisks must be connected to the motor body: insert the kingpin of the first whip into one of the two holes on the lower part of the motor body. Rotate the whip by pressing it towards the motor body, until you hear a further insertion with the relative double click; carry out the same operations with the second whip. The blender is ready for use.

Whisks disconnection: The whips are removed by gripping the mixer with the selector in position 0 and pressing the eject button located above the selector itself: the whips will be automatically ejected. Pay attention that the whisks, when ejected, cannot fall into uncontrollable areas, creating situations of potential danger or damage. During rotation, pressing the eject button is mechanically prevented.

Food preparation: The food material must have a fluid consistency, in order to avoid that the operation is difficult or that the engine can be damaged; the treatment of too dense material will be difficult, ineffective and potentially dangerous, also due to the excessive torsion that must be

physically opposed by the user. It is advisable to slightly hydrate the food if it is too dry, compatibly with the expected result. Avoid overloading the container in which you intend to perform the mince, in order to prevent it from overflowing with rotation.

Using the blender: The appliance must be strictly started only if immersed in the bowl containing the food material: operation in free air must be avoided. To start the operation, move the selector progressively from position 1 to 5, alternating each speed change by a few seconds, in order to make the rotation more docile and manageable, up to the ideal speed for the preparation in progress. To obtain the best result, it is advisable to keep the blender at a distance of a few millimeters from the bottom of the container and favor a circular movement around its perimeter, as well as tilt it slightly to facilitate the blending of the parts; lifting and slightly re-immersing the blender in the bowl can be further useful. Ensure at least ten minutes of shutdown after three minutes of continuous operation, in order to ensure the cooling of the moving parts: this precaution avoids damage and improves the reliability and life of the appliance. Avoid contact of any object unrelated to the food material or part of the body with the moving parts.

At the end of use: Disconnect the whips as described above and wash them as soon as possible, in order to prevent the food material from forming encrustations that are difficult to remove: use running water and, if necessary, common degreasing liquid soap for dishes. During cleaning it is always advisable to wear kitchen gloves; do not wash in the dishwasher. The motor body can be cleaned with a simple damp cloth; in all cases avoid immersing it or putting it under running water and wait for it to dry completely before putting it back into service.
