■Intended for garage use in a dry location.
■Use caster locks when not being moved.
■Maximum weight limit is 100 lbs (45 kg) for each drawer.
■Maximum weight limit for mobile workbench is 1500 lbs (682 kg).

UNPACK THE MOBILE WORKBENCH

Excessive Weight Hazard

Use two or more people to move and assemble workbench.

Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.

■Remove the packaging from the mobile workbench. Parts are located inside the cabinet drawer. Verify contents. See "Parts Supplied."
■Set aside the outer cardboard package for use during assembly.
■After assembly, dispose of all packaging materials properly.

F1. M6 - 1.0 x 15 hex bolt

Position the handle over the threaded inserts on the side of the cabinet. Attach handle with M6-1.00 x 15 Hex bolts (F1) (4) and tighten with 10 mm wrench (provided).

Use two or more people to move and assemble workbench.

Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.

Push in all the cabinet drawers fully and lock using the key. Using two or more people, lay the cabinet down on its back with the drawers facing upward. Protect the cabinet back finish by laying it down on the saved cardboard packaging material. Attach the swivel casters to the cabinet, on the same side as the handle, using M8-1.25 x 25 hex bolts (F2) (8) and tighten with the provided 12 mm wrench. Attach the fixed casters to the cabinet, on the opposite side as the handle, using M8-1.25 x 25 hex bolts (F2) (8) and tighten with the provided 12 mm wrench.

F3. M6 - 1.00 x 12 pan-head Philips screw

Position the cord storage hooks over the threaded inserts on handle side of the cabinet. Using M6-1.00 x 12 pan-head Philips screws (F3) (4) attach the hooks facing opposite of each other. Tighten the screws with a Philips screwdriver.

FINAL ASSEMBLY

Using two or more people, lift the mobile workbench up and onto the casters.

  1. Bumper Assembly

Using 6 mm hex head bolts (F5) (8) and 6 mm washers (F4) (8), fasten a bumper to each corner of the cabinet. Completely tighten all the fasteners.
NOTE: To keep from stripping the bolts, do not overtighten.

NOTE: The key locks all of the drawers. Use the drawer liners to avoid scratching or damaging the drawers.

REMOVING THE DRAWER

Unload the contents from the drawer. Slide out the drawer as far as it will go. Press the lever down on the right-hand track and lift the lever up on the left track to release the drawer. Pull the drawer out the rest of the way.

REPLACING THE DRAWER

Align the drawer guides with the receiving glides. Hold the receiving glides firmly and insert the drawer guide.

NOTE: It is normal for the drawer to close tightly the first time after it has been removed. Push the drawer in completely.

Electrical Shock Hazard

Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.

Do not remove ground prong.

Do not use an adapter.

Do not use an extension cord.

Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock.

■ The powerstrip cord is shipped outside the right side and must be routed through the rubber grommet located above the powerstrip.
■ Remove the power cord packaging material and pull the cord power plug through the grommet completely.
■ Do not insert a cord through a hole without a grommet.
■ Always unplug power cord when moving or cleaning the mobile workbench.
■ The mobile workbench includes cord hooks that allow for cord storage.
■ The powerstrip includes an on/off switch that has an overload protector rated at 15 A. Do not overload the powerstrip.
■ The USB ports can be used to charge cell phones and power USB devices.

■ Remove any grease or oil with a non-flammable cleaner.

For one year from the date of purchase, when this product is operated and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Gladiator ^® will replace or repair the defective product or parts to correct defects in materials or workmanship.

THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON POWERSTRIP

For three years from the date of purchase, when this product is operated and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Gladiator® will replace or repair the defective product or parts to correct defects in materials or workmanship.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOBILE WORKBENCH

For the life of the product, when the Workbench is used and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Gladiator will pay for repair or replacement of the defective product or parts to correct defects in materials or workmanship.

  1. Service calls to correct the installation of any Gladiator ^® products or to instruct you on how to use or install them.
  2. Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of products, or products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or mishandling.
  3. Shipping or freight fees to deliver replacement products or to return defective products.
  4. Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other than normal, single-family household use, such as a commercial environment or handled in any way inconsistent with the installation instructions included with the product.
  5. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product.
  6. Replacement parts or product for Gladiator ^® products operated outside the United States and Canada.
  7. In Canada, travel or transportation expenses for customers who reside in remote areas.
  8. Any labor costs during the limited warranty period.
  9. Damage resulting from improper loading beyond the specified maximum weight capacity outlined in the assembly instructions provided with the product.
  10. Surfaces damaged due to chemical interaction resulting in corrosion of paint or metal.
  11. Any damage, splitting, cracking or warping of the wooden top past the first year.

The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
