• Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Never hold the product under running water.
• Do not under any circumstances attempt (e.g. damage in power cord, product is dropped, etc.) to repair the product yourself. For servicing and repairs, please consult an authorised service agent.

• The mains voltage must match the information on the rating label of the product.

• Only unplug from the power socket can separate the product completely from the mains. Please be sure that the power plug is in operable condition.

• Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused by kinks or contact with sharp corners.
• Keep this product including power cord and power plug away from all heat sources like for example, ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing products/objects.
• Only unplug from the power socket by the plug itself. Do not pull on the cord.

Safety instructions

1. Do not allow the product to operate unsupervised.
2. Make sure that the motor unit and supply cord do not become wet.
3. Use accessories supplied with the device or recommended by the manufacturer only!
4. This product is suitable only for private use.
5. Always switch the product off before disconnecting it from mains supply.
6. Let the product cool down sufficiently before storing.
7. Do not cover the product while in use. Fire hazard!
8. Do not suck up liquids with the product. Do not suck up lit cigarettes, hot ashes, matches, etc. Fire hazard!
9. Do not suck up inflammable or explosive materials and gases. The product must not be used in rooms with explosive gases or liquids.
10. Be especially careful when cleaning the stairs
11. When in use, keep the product away from clothes and body parts (fingers, hair, face).
12. Do not try to clean people or animals with the product.
13. Only use the charging adapter provided to charge the product.

14. Never expose rechargeable batteries to excessive heat (e.g. bright sun, fire), and never throw them into fire. The rechargeable batteries could explode.

15. The rechargeable battery is permanently built into the product and cannot be replaced. Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the rechargeable battery or the product into fire. There is a danger of fire and explosion! Never charge the rechargeable battery of the product unattended.

16. The product is not intended to vacuum up larger amounts of liquids from horizontal surfaces, such as from a tipped drinking glass (max. 30ml).
17. Please use this product only with accessories and spare parts approved by Imtron. Any use extending beyond this is not considered as proper use. The manufactures is not liable for any losses resulting from this; the user alone bears the risk for this.
18. The product is not suitable for cleaning car outside, to avoid scratch on the surface.
19. Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the device.
20. Warning! Do not direct the spray jet at the eyes.

Thanks for your purchase of a KOENIC product. Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

Intended use

The product is intended to be used for simultaneously squeegeeing and vacuuming water from smooth surfaces such as windows, tiles and mirrors in private household only. The product can also be used for vacuuming dry dust and dirt.

The Imtron GmbH assumes no liability for damage to the product, for property damage or for personal injury due to careless or improper usage of the product, or usage of product which does not meet the manufacturer's specified purpose.

Before first time use

Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. Inspect the delivery contents for completeness and damages. Should the delivery contents be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately.

The product is supplied with non/low charged batteries. The batteries must be charged for 6 hrs before first time use, refer to chapter Charging battery.

Disposal

Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Return it to a designated collection point for the recycling of WEEE. By doing so, you will help to conserve resources and protect the environment. Contact your retailer or local authorities for more information.

Please dispose of batteries in an environmentally friendly manner Do not put batteries into the household waste.

Please use the return and collection systems in your community or contact the dealer where you purchased the product.

Assembly

1 Wet vacuum

1 Push the connecting piece on the motor block until it locks into place.
2 Put the desired vacuum attachment on the connecting piece until it locks into place.

2 Dry vacuum

① Mount the dust filter on the motor unit.
② Push the connecting piece on the motor block until it locks into place.
3 Put on the nozzle attachment.

Charging battery

3 Plug the adaptor to a mains socket and insert the connecting jack into the charging socket of the product. A beep sounds. During charging the indicator will flash in blue.

4 When charging is completed, 3 beeps sound and the indicator lights off.

Use the included accessories

Wiping attachment with spray bottle

5 Fill the bottle with water and if desired with a cleaning agent suitable for window cleaning. Screw the spray nozzle with mounted wiping attachment on the bottle. Place the spray nozzle into the wiping attachment.

Extension tube

6 Attach the spray nozzle with bottle on the provided insert opening.

Operation

Caution

Warning!

• The product is not intended to vacuum up larger amounts of liquids from horizontal surfaces, such as from a tipped drinking glass (max. 30ml)
• Do not use the product upside down to avoid water leakage.
  • Do not immerse the product into water.
• Only use this product with conventional window cleaners (no spirit, no foam cleaners).

Window cleaning

7 ① Set the tip of the spray nozzle to STREAM (fine water mist) or SPRAY (coarse water mist). ② Spray the surface which needs to be cleaned. ③ Use the microfiber attachment to wipe over the sprayed areas and to remove stubborn dirt.

Vacuum window

8 Slide the on/off switch to ON (on) and the control indicator lights blue. Move the blade of the vacuum attachment slowly from top to bottom across the wet areas. The moisture is removed and sucked into the dirt water container. Caution! Do not exceed the MAX marking on the dirt water container. Only continue working until max mark is reached. Switch off the product and empty the dirt water container, refer chapter Empty dirt water container/dust filter.

9 Once the surface is dry, switch off the product. Slide the on/off switch to OFF. The control indicator lights off.

Dry vacuum

10 Slide the On/OFF switch to ON to start the vacuum process. After vacuuming slide the switch to OFF position.

Note:

The product is not intended to vacuum up larger amounts of dust/dirts.

Empty dirt water container/dust filter

11 Open the plug on the dirt water container and empty the dirt water.
12 Press on both unlock buttons and remove the connecting piece from the motor block. Take out the dust filter carefully and tap it to remove the dust. Wipe the vacuum port with a damp cloth. In case dust/dirt gets inside of the water container, suck some water into the container (max. 30ml). Shake the product and rinse out the dirt.

Note:

• Empty the container after every usage.
• Always empty the container before switching from wet to dry vacuuming and vice versa.

Cleaning and care

Caution

• Warning! Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Never hold the product under running water.
• Warning! When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic parts, while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and tools may scratch the surface(s).

Cleaning spray bottle/ extension tube

13 Open the spray bottle and empty contents. Remove the microfibre cover. Wipe the components of the spray bottle with a damp cloth; if necessary, use a little mild detergent on the cloth.

Note:

The microfibre cover can be machine-washed at 60^ C. Do not use any fabric conditioner as this significantly reduces the cleaning power of the microfibres.

Cleaning main unit

To clean thoroughly, disassemble the product:

14 Press and hold the unlock button and pull out the vacuum attachment from the connecting piece. Clean the attachment with a damp cloth.
15 Press on both unlock buttons and remove the connecting piece from the motor block. Clean the connecting piece and motor block with a damp cloth. If required, use some mild detergent.

Re-assemble all removed components.

Assembly is carried out in reverse order, please follow the steps in chapter Assembly.

If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot be solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.
