3. Additional notes
Before using the appliance, make sure that it is not damaged. If this is the case, do not operate it. The alarm clock must not be exposed to moisture or direct sunlight. Before using the product, make sure that the available mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage specified on the rating plate. The product is not suitable for medical purposes or for public information and is intended for private use only.
Attention!
Keep the batteries and the appliance out of the reach of children. Batteries contain acids that are harmful to health. Weak batteries should be replaced as soon as possible to prevent leakage! Never use new and old batteries or batteries of different types at the same time. Never throw batteries into a fire and do not short-circuit them. Never charge the batteries and do not take them apart. There is a risk of explosion!

5. Commissioning
Remove the product from the packaging and remove all packaging material. Use the hollow plug cable supplied and connect this to a 5V DC 1A power supply unit and to the hollow plug connection of the device. The device is then ready for operation.
6. Set the time
Press and hold the „SET“ button for approx. 3 seconds, the 12/24 hour display starts to flash. Press the „UP“ and „DOWN“ buttons to make the settings, confirm the setting by briefly pressing the „SET“ button.
The hour display then starts to flash. Press the „UP“ and „DOWN“ buttons to set the hour. Confirm the setting by briefly pressing the „SET“ button.
The minute display starts to flash. Set the desired minutes and confirm the setting by pressing the „SET“ button. The time setting is then complete.
7. Alarm setting
7.1 Set alarm
Alarm 1
Press the „SET“ button to display alarm 1. Press and hold the „SET“ button for about 3 seconds until the hour display of the alarm flashes. Make the settings using the „UP“ and „DOWN“ buttons and confirm with the „SET“ button. The minute display then starts to flash. Make the settings here too and confirm with the „SET“ button.
Alarm 2
Press the „SET“ button to access the alarm settings. Alarm 1 is displayed. Press the „SET“ button again to display alarm 2. Press and hold the „SET“ button for about 3 seconds until the hour display of the alarm flashes. Make the settings using the „UP“ and „DOWN“ buttons and confirm with the „SET“ button. The minute display then starts to flash. Make the settings here too and confirm with the „SET“ button.
7.2 Activate/deactivate alarm
Press the „SET“ button to display alarm 1. Press the „UP“ or „DOWN“ buttons to switch the alarm on. As soon as the alarm is switched on, an alarm clock symbol with a 1 appears on the display.
Press the „SET“ button to access the alarm settings. Alarm 1 is displayed. Press the „SET“ button again to display alarm 2. Press the „UP“ or „DOWN“ buttons to switch on the alarm. As soon as the alarm is switched on, an alarm clock symbol with a 2 appears on the display.
7.3 Mute alarm
Press any button during the alarm to activate the snooze function.
Press any button while the alarm is ringing to stop the alarm, the alarm symbol flashes. The alarm sounds again after 5 minutes.
Press any button while the snooze function is active to switch off the alarm. The alarm will sound again the next day.
8. Temperature display
Press the „UP“ button to change the temperature unit between °C and °F.
9. Setting the brightness
Press and hold the "DOWN" button to access the brightness settings. You have the option of using an automatic mode, press the "UP" or "DOWN" button to select.
You can choose between ON and OFF. Confirm the settings with the "SET" button.
If you select "OFF" and confirm this with the "SET" button, a selection between L1 - L4 will then appear. You can switch through using the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons. Select the desired brightness level and confirm with the "SET" button.
10. Timer function
Press and hold the "UP" button for about 3 seconds to start the timer and count-down function.
Press "UP" to select the minute, press "DOWN" to select the second. Press "SET" to start or stop the countdown.
Press and hold "SET" to reset the countdown.
When the timer is at 00:00 and you briefly press the "SET" button, the timer starts counting up. Press the "SET" button briefly to stop the timer.
Press and hold the "SET" button for about 3 seconds when the timer displays 00:00 to return to the time display.
11. 12/24 hour display
Briefly press the “DOWN” button to switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour display. As soon as the 12-hour display is active, a “PM” appears in the display at the corresponding times.
12. Safety instructions and disclaimer
Never attempt to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modifications. Avoid contact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not waterproof, please only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep the device away from high temperatures. Do not expose the device to sudden temperature changes or strong vibrations, as this could damage the electronic parts. Check the device for damage before use. The appliance should not be used if it has been knocked or damaged in any other way. Please observe the national regulations and restrictions.
Do not use the device for purposes other than those described in the instructions. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair or modification to the appliance that is not carried out by the original supplier will invalidate the warranty or guarantee. The appliance may only be used by persons who have read and understood these instructions. The device specifications may change without prior notice.
13. Disposal instructions
According to the European WEEE Directive, electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of with household waste. Their components must be recycled or disposed of separately, as toxic and hazardous components can cause lasting damage to the environment if disposed of incorrectly. As a consumer, you are obliged under the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) to return electrical and electronic equipment free of charge at the end of its life to the manufacturer, the point of sale or to public collection centres set up for this purpose. Details are regulated by the respective state law. The symbol on the product, the operating instructions and/or the packaging refers to these regulations. 14. Notes on battery disposal
In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, the supplier is obliged to inform the customer of the following: The customer is legally obliged to return used batteries as the end user. The customer can return used batteries that the supplier carries or has carried as new batteries free of charge to the supplier's dispatch warehouse (dispatch address). The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning: Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 per cent lead by mass, Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 per cent cadmium by mass, Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 per cent mercury by mass.
The crossed-out dustbin symbol means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.
