  1. Set the appliance on a flat, stable and high temperature resistant surface.
  2. Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by pulling the plug, not the power cord.
  3. Disconnect the appliance from the mains whenever it is not used or before cleaning it.
  4. Do not immerse the cord or the appliance in water.
  5. Do not hang the cord on sharp edges and do not let it touch hot surfaces.
  6. Do not use in open air.

Special recommendations:

  • Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, a hot oven or microwave.
  • Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface. When handling the appliance, maintain at least 12 cm of space on all sides to ensure adequate air circulation.

- INTENDED USE

The PR120 oven is designed for grilling, roasting, baking and general cooking in heat-resistant vessels.

• SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE

- Make sure that the appliance, the plug and the power cord are in order and that all parts of the packaging have been removed before you start using the appliance.

Important: The appliance may give off a smell while being used for the first time. The smell is associated with the manufacturing procedure. It is a natural process which ceases to occur after a certain period of time. Ensure a suitable ventilation in the room, e.g. by opening a window. Use the toaster with any food products while using it for the first time.

• USE

Before using the appliance for the first time:

  • Read the instruction manual.
  • Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the mains and that the knobs (5, 8) are turned all the way to the left, indicating that the appliance is switched off.
  • Place the appliance on a flat, hard, stable, and heat-resistant surface, taking care to ensure that there is enough room around the appliance.
  • Plug the appliance into the mains, in line with the parameters specified in the instruction manual.
  • Set the operating parameters.

Temperature setting

- Use the knob (5) to set the temperature. The temperature can be set from low to 230^ C .

Time setting

  • Set the operating time by turning the knob (8). To start the timer, turn the knob (8) to the right.
  • A sound signal will be heard after the programmed time has elapsed.

NOTE. In order for the appliance to start operating, you need to set the temperature, the operating time and choose one of the functions.

  • The indicator lamp (7) indicates that the appliance is switched on and is lit all the time.
  • The lamp (7) does not go out after the oven has heated up.

Accessories

  • plate (3) – used for baking various dishes containing water or releasing water or oil during cooking (e.g. meat, poultry, fish, etc.),
  • universal holder (11) – facilitates inserting and removing the grill (10) and the plate (3) from the appliance.

• USE

- Place the products directly on the grill (10) or plate (3), place them in the heating chamber (2) and close the oven door (9).

NOTE. Do not use any paper or plastic containers. Products should be placed evenly on the grill (10) or plate (11).

  • Set the temperature.
  • The appliance will start once the time has been set using the knob (8).

NOTE. In order for the appliance to start operating, you need to set the temperature, the operating time and choose one of the functions.

- To check the baking progress during operation, turn the knob (8) to the "OFF" position and open the door (9) by pulling the handle (1).

NOTE. When the door (2) is opened, hot steam may escape from the interior.

  • Use kitchen gloves and the holder (11) to remove the food.
  • After the set time has elapsed, a sound signal will be heard and the appliance will switch off.
  • When cooking is finished, turn the knob (5) to the "OFF" position and disconnect the appliance from the mains.

• TIPS

  • A maximum of 2 kg can be placed on the grill (10) and the plate (3), but the products must not come into contact with the walls, the door or the heating elements.
    – Products must be distributed evenly.
  • The baking time should be adapted to the size, type and initial temperature of the products.
  • Consecutive portions of the same food can be cooked faster due to the warming up of the interior.

- STORAGE

  • Turn the knobs (5, 8) to the left as far as possible before putting the product away, disconnect it from the power supply and let it cool down.
  • Never put the appliance away when it is hot or still plugged in to the power supply.
    – Clean the appliance and all its components.
  • Store the oven in the box (preferably the original one) in a clean and dry place.
  • Do not wrap the cable around the appliance. Do not tighten the cable, as this may weaken or tear the cable.

• CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Turn the knobs (5, 8) to the left as far as possible before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the power supply and let it cool down.
  • Do not use sharp-edged or sharp objects to clean the appliance, as they may damage functional parts or compromise the safety of the unit.
  • All moving parts should be washed with warm water and washing-up liquid. It is best to wash them directly after use. After rinsing with clean water, they must be dried immediately.
