Frequently Asked Questions - EH-NE87 PANASONIC

How to use the diffuser to add volume?
To add volume at the top of the hair, apply the diffuser to the scalp at the crown and make circular movements. For volume on the sides, start from the ear and slowly move the diffuser upwards, repeating 2-3 times. For wavy hair, place waves on the diffuser and dry from bottom to top.
What to do if the hair dryer frequently switches to cold air?
This may be due to lint buildup on the air intake or exhaust. Clean the accumulated lint. Also check that the air intake is not blocked by hair. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center.
How to clean the air outlet?
Clean the air outlet at least once a month. Use a brush to scrub and remove dust, hair, etc. blocking the mesh. To do this, plug in the hair dryer, set the temperature selector to cold and the switch to low, then use the cold airflow to remove particles. Do not look directly into the air outlet.
How to clean the ion outlet?
Clean the ion outlet approximately every 6 months. Use a thin (baby) cotton swab inserted gently until it stops (about 6 mm) and turn it gently 2-3 times. Gently wipe the tip of the cotton swab. This maintenance helps maintain ion production.
What is the heat protection function?
The heat protection function applies a constant warm temperature to protect hair and scalp from excessive heat. It allows efficient drying while limiting the risk of hair damage.
Are nanoe ions safe?
Yes, nanoe ions are safe. They are produced by high voltage discharge and are invisible. You may notice a characteristic odor, but it is not harmful to the human body. Some hair types may not feel the effects of ions.
Can I use the hair dryer in the bathroom?
The hair dryer should not be used near water. Do not use it near a bathtub, shower, washbasin, or any container with water. After use in a bathroom, unplug it immediately, as proximity to water poses a risk even when off.
What to do if the power cord is damaged?
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a qualified person to avoid any risk. Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord.
How to remove the air boost nozzle after use?
The nozzle is very hot after use; wait for it to cool down before removing it. For immediate removal, use cold air to cool it. Insert a finger into the nozzle to grip it and remove it gently.
Can the hair dryer be used by children?
This appliance can be used by children aged at least 8 years under supervision. Children under 6 years should not use it. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
