How to activate the Xplora Kidzi watch?

To activate the watch, go to start.xplora.com/kidzi to configure your SIM plan. Then, download the Xplora app, create an account, and select 'Add new device'. Scan the QR code on the watch and enter the phone number received during subscription.

How to make an SOS call from the watch?

Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to trigger the SOS call. The watch will send an alert to the emergency numbers configured in the Xplora app.

What to do if the watch does not turn on?

Make sure the battery is charged: plug in the magnetic cable and wait at least 15 minutes. If it still does not turn on, perform a force reset by holding the power button for more than 10 seconds.

How to charge the Xplora Kidzi watch?

Use only the included magnetic charging cable. Plug it into a USB adapter (5.0 V, min. 0.55 A) and connect it to the watch's charging port. It is recommended to charge for at least 15 minutes before first use.

Is the watch battery replaceable?

No, the battery is integrated and not user-replaceable. Any replacement must be done by a certified professional. Replacement with an incorrect battery type poses a risk of explosion.

What are the SAR values of the watch?

3. Select desired SIM plan.

4. Complete the order and wait for the confirmation e-mail.

5. Download the Xplora App to your phone

• Available on Google Play and App Store.
- Signup and login to your Xplora account.

1. Activate your Kidzi watch

2. Select Add New Device in the Xplora app.

3. Scan the QR code available on your Kidzi watch.

4. Enter the phone number as received in step 1, followed by the preferred device name.

5. The watch is now activated and is ready to use

1. Press and hold for 3 sec to turn on.
2. Short press to return to the home screen.
3. Press and hold for 5 sec to initiate SOS.

NOTE: If the watch is not working, press the Power Button for more than 10 sec to perform a forced reboot.

CHARGING THE WATCH

1. Use only Xplora authorised magnetic charging cable.
2. Connect the magnetic charger as shown below.
3. Charge the watch for more than 15 minutes before use.

Please charge the battery using the charging cable and a USB power adapter with an output of minimum 5.0V=0.55A.
