How do I pair my phone via Bluetooth?

Put the speaker in Bluetooth mode by pressing the MODE button until the screen shows 'BT'. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for 'NGS STREET FORCE' and select it to pair. For subsequent pairings, reconnection is automatic.

How long does the battery last?

The battery life is approximately 4 hours under normal use. At maximum volume (100%), it is 3 hours; at 70% volume, 4 hours; at 50%, 5 hours.

How do I charge the speaker?

Use a 5V/2A mains adapter (not included). Plug it into the charging port. The indicator turns red during charging and turns off when the battery is full. Charging time is 4 to 5 hours.

Can I plug in a guitar or microphone?

Yes, the speaker has a guitar input (6.35 mm) and a microphone input (6.35 mm) on the side panel, allowing you to use it as an amplifier for karaoke.

How do I change the equalization mode?

Press briefly the Power/Volume/EQ button (no. 1 on the diagram) to cycle through the 6 modes: normal, rock, pop, classical, jazz, country. The screen shows the active mode.

What is the Bluetooth range?

The Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters in open field, without major obstacles.

How do I play USB files?

Insert a USB drive containing MP3 files. The speaker starts playback automatically. Use the navigation buttons (next/previous track) to change tracks and the Play/Pause button to control playback.

What to do if the sound is low or distorted?

Check the volume level of the speaker and your source. Make sure the equalization mode is appropriate. If using the auxiliary input, check the cable. If the problem persists, try resetting the speaker by turning it off and on again.

How do I clean the speaker?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use chemical products, alcohol, or abrasives. Avoid getting water into the openings.

Can I use the speaker plugged into the mains without battery?

Yes, you can use the speaker connected to the mains with the 5V/2A adapter. This also charges the battery during use.

USB CARD PLAYING

When power ON the product, if USB card inserted, it can play the MP3 format music from the USB. Press 1 ◄ b b b p ns to select the song you want. Press and hold to fast forward / delay the song. Press the play/pause button to pause / resume the music.

BLUETOOTH MODE

A. Press the MODE button until the screen displays the word BT. In Bluetooth mode the device goes into searching / paring / reconnect mode for pair.
B. Now, turn ON the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
C. Search for "NGS STREET FORCE" and select it to pair (for first time pairing or pairing a new mobile device).
D. The Bluetooth speaker will be reconnecting automatically if your mobile phone has been paired (depend on the mobile phone's type and configuration, manual reconnection may require on some devices).

AUX IN

You can connect the device to external multimedia audio sources via the "AUX IN" port on the side panel. After connection, press the MODE button on the device to enter into LINE IN mode on the screen. The device can play the audio files from multimedia sources like PC, mobile phone, MP3 and MP4, etc.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

This speaker has a high capacity 3.7V/4400mAh battery. Please use a 5V/2A power adapter for charging. The charging indicator light will turn red to indicate that it is charging. It takes 4-5 hours for the battery to reach full charge. Disconnect the adaptor as soon as battery is fully charged (charge light turns off). Battery run time: 4 hours.*
