IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
⚠ WARNING - To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious personal injury, and property damage please note the following:
- This product is not intended for use by children. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. Extra caution is necessary when using this appliance near children.
- Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
- Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
- Do not immerse the Base, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in or expose the Power Cord or Plug to water or other liquids.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs and use protective oven mitts or gloves when removing the Lid or handling hot containers when handling product.
- Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or other heated surfaces.
- Use extreme caution when moving an appliance containing hot food, water, or other liquids.
- Use the product in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides of the product to allow adequate air circulation.
- Use appliance on a table or flat surface. Keep the product away from curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels, or other flammable materials.
- Do not operate the product empty.
- Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in cooking of food for human consumption; do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter where it may be tripped over or pulled. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces.
- Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the Motor Housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
- This appliance has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this appliance yourself. Please review the Warranty Policy on Page 8.
- Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hair, hands, fingers, or any other body part from coming into contact with moving parts while the appliance is operating.
- Keep your finger away from moving parts and fitted tools. Never put your fingers etcetera in hinge mechanism.
- Do not interfere with any safety switches.
- Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.
- Be very careful when you handle the blades or inserts. Be especially careful when you remove them from machine, their cutting edges are very sharp.
- Keep utensils away from the Stainless-Steel Blades to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used only when the food chopper is NOT running.
- To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
- Be certain the Lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance. Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
- Always assemble the product completely before plugging it into an electrical outlet.
- Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and all parts have stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating or cleaning.
- Do not exceed the maximum content indicated on the accessories.
- A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
- The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product.
- If the product is of a 3-prong grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.
WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is a safety feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use

IMPORTANT: Please check all packaging material carefully before discarding as there may be accessory parts contained within the packaging material. Using for the first time, rip off all wrapping paper and plastic bags. Clean the fittings.
Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.
NOTE: The manufacturer does NOT recommend running the motor more than 10 minutes at a time. It will burn the motor out.
WARNING: Do not place the motor base in the dishwasher.
- Wash lid, cup, and blades, with warm soapy water. Blades are very sharp. Handle carefully. Rinse and dry before assembling.
NOTE: As a safety feature appliance will not start, if cup and lid are not locked in position.
USING YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR: WARNING Avoid contact with moving parts, at all times.

USING THE KNIFE BLADE
The two-knife blades could be the most versatile of all the attachments.
A. Stainless Steel Knife Blade
- Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
- Do not run more than 3 min. per time, let the motor cool for 30 min. before next use.
- For coarser foods use the pulse control.

B. Plastic Knife Blade
- Do not run more than 2 min. per time, let the motor cool for 30 min. before the next operation.
- Follow the pictured flow step-by-step to assemble machine.
- Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 5 is locked well, or the machine will not work.
- Step 3: Stainless Steel knife blade or Plastic blade can be used. Secure either blade is on Blade Holder prior to use.
- To disassemble machine, use opposite flow and direction.
- ONLY open the lid when blades have come to a complete stop.

3. USING SLICER / JULIENNE / FRENCH FRIED POTATO BLADE
- DO NOT fill the container past the capacity line.
- Switch on and push down evenly with the Pushers – DO NOT PUT fingers in the feeding tube.
- Do not run more than 3 min., allow the motor to cool before the next operation, at least 30 min.
- Follow the picture flow below for step-by-step instruction to assemble machine.
- Ensure bowl in step 2 and lid in step 5 is locked well, or the machine will not work.

- Step 3: Chose a blade. Secure the blade on Blade Holder prior to use.

4. USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC
- Do not use more than 3 min. Allow the motor to cool before the next operation at least 30 min.
- Use for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping cream, whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
- For egg white whisking, use room temperature eggs. Best when bowl and emulsifying disc is dry and free from grease.
- Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
- Follow the picture flow below for step-by-step instruction to assemble machine.
- Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 5 is locked well, or the machine will not work.
- To disassemble machine, use opposite flow and direction.
- ONLY take the disc from the machine when the disc has come to a complete stop.

Tips:
- The bowl has a capacity of 5 cups. For liquid ingredients do not exceed 5 cups. (Maximum Fill Line indicated on bowl)
- Tear bread into pieces then process to make breadcrumbs. Break crackers or cookies into pieces and process into crumbs for pie crusts.
- Vegetables can be cut into 1-inch chunks then processed for a uniform consistency.
• Chop nuts and mince: parsley, basil, chives, and garlic. - Puree cooked vegetables or fruits for baby food or as bases for soups and sauces.
- DO NOT process coffee beans, baking chocolate, hard spices as this could damage the chopper.
Cleaning Your Food Processor:
WARNING: Always unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
CAUTION: Your appliance has Stainless Steel Blades that should be handled with extreme care when removing, assembling, cleaning, or storing.
• Always clean your Food Processor after each use. Base can be cleaned with damp cloth.
- The Lid, Cup, and Blade can be washed with a soft sponge under warm water and mild detergent. Allow to dry thoroughly before reassembling.
- NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR PLACE IN DISHWASHER.
- Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss. Store your Food Processor in a cool dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING:

| Machine does not work | There is a safety interlock switch on processing bowl/blender. Check bowl is secure and locked into position. Also check the power cord and outlet. |
| French Fried Potato Julienne Disk | Remove any blocked potatoes from the chipper disc. |
| Motor slows down when mixing dough | Amount of dough may exceed maximum capacity. Small batches work best. |
| Dough is too dry | Run machine and add water through feed cube, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the processing bowl. |
| Dough is too wet | Running machine and add flour through feed cube, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the processing bowl. |
| Motor slows down when chopping meat | Amount of meat may be too much. Remove half and process in two smaller batches. For best result, trim the meat of fat before processing. |
| Vibrates/moves during processing | Clean and dry the rubber feet at the bottom of the unit.Also make sure that the maximum load capacity is not being exceeded. |

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.
