Operating and Safety Instructions

FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY

When using this or any other product, always follow these basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, please note the following:

• Before each use, check the chopper for any loose parts that could affect its functionality or safety.
• Ensure your hands are dry before using the chopper to avoid slipping or accidental cuts.
• Always use the chopper on a flat, stable surface to prevent it from slipping or tipping over during use.
• Always use the chopper in a well-lit area to ensure you can see what you are doing and avoid any safety hazards.
• Ensure you are using the correct attachment or blade for the type of chopping you need.
• Avoid overloading the chopper with too many vegetables at once, as this could cause malfunction or damage to the blades.
• Do not force the vegetables into the chopper. If the vegetables are too large, cut them into smaller pieces before using.
• Always ensure your hands or any utensils are not near the blades when operating the chopper to avoid injuries.
• The blades are sharp and should be handled carefully to avoid cuts or injuries. Always use the provided safety guards if available.
• Always focus on the task when using the chopper to avoid accidents caused by distraction.
• Store the chopper in a dry, safe place, ensuring that sharp parts are well protected or stored in a separate compartment to prevent accidental injury.
• Clean all parts, especially the blades, thoroughly after each use to prevent food residue from accumulating and causing contamination or malfunction.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing to prevent rusting or corrosion, especially the blades.
• Store the chopper out of the reach of children to prevent any accidents or injuries.
• Avoid using the chopper on hard objects like bones, ice or seeds, as this could damage the blades or motor.

BEFORE USING THE VEGETABLE CHOPPER

1. Verify that all parts are intact, undamaged and free from chips or rust, ensuring the blades are sharp.
2. To disassemble the chopper:

a. Remove the lid from the food container.

b. Lift the food presser locking lever located under the upper lid to detach the food presser.

c. Slide the blade locking switch on the lower lid to the left to remove the blade attachment.

1. Wash the removable parts in warm soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.

NOTE: The chopper and the blade attachments are dishwasher safe.

1. Dry all parts thoroughly with a clean towel or allow them to air dry, ensuring no moisture remains on the blades.

2. Once all parts are clean and dry, carefully reassemble the chopper. To reassemble:

a. Place the selected blade attachment into the blade holder, then slide the blade locking switch to the right.

b. Lift and hold the food presser locking lever located under the upper lid, position the food presser back and then release the lever.

c. Place the lid onto the food container.

1. After following these steps, your chopper is ready to be used safely and effectively!

USING THE VEGETABLE CHOPPER

1. Select the vegetable you wish to chop and place it on top of the blade.

2. Firmly press down the upper lid to engage the blades and apply steady pressure to chop the vegetable.

3. Once the vegetable is chopped, the pieces will fall into the food container.

NOTE: To dislodge vegetables stuck in the food presser, lift the food presser locking lever located under the upper lid to detach it, then press down on the back of the food presser to push the chopped vegetables through. Once cleared, lift and hold the food presser locking lever, reposition the food presser and release the lever to resume use.

1. Without opening the lid, use the lid spout at the back of the chopper to pour the chopped vegetables into your desired container. Tilt the chopper to guide the chopped pieces out.

2. Your chopped vegetables are now ready for use or further preparation!

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Open the lid and empty any remaining chopped vegetables from the food container into a bowl or trash.

2. To disassemble the chopper:

a. Remove the lid from the food container.

b. Lift the food presser locking lever located under the upper lid to detach the food presser.

c. Slide the blade locking switch on the lower lid to the left to remove the blade attachment.
