How to install the Fitbrick app?

Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for "Fitbrick" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Download and install the app.

How to pair the scale with my smartphone?

Open the Fitbrick app, add a device by selecting "Scale". Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Step on the scale to turn it on, then confirm the connection in the app.

Why does the screen display "Err"?

The "Err" message indicates overload. The maximum capacity is 180 kg. Step off the scale and do not use it with weight exceeding this limit.

What does the symbol "La" on the screen mean?

The symbol "La" means the batteries are low. Replace the three AAA batteries with new ones.

How to get an accurate measurement of weight and body composition?

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step on barefoot with clean, dry feet for good contact with the electrodes. Stay still until the weight is displayed.

Can I use the scale without the app?

Yes, the scale displays weight directly on the LED screen even without Bluetooth connection. For body composition data (fat, water, muscle), the app is required.

How to add multiple users?

In the Fitbrick app, go to user management. Add up to 9 profiles with their personal data (age, height, gender). Each user can then select their profile before weighing.

How to view my measurement history?

In the app, click on the checkmark icon (√) at the top right to display history. You can view data by day, week, month, or year.

What to do if the scale does not turn on?

Check that the batteries are properly installed and the insulating tab has been removed. Try with new batteries. If the problem persists, contact Prixton customer service.

How to clean the scale?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Never immerse the scale in water.

This scale equips with 3 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Please insert batteries or remove the insulating strip from the battery contacts before using. Replace the batteries when “Low Battery indicator” shows.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.Device Bond and Data Setting

① Place the scale on a solid, flat surface to ensure weighing accuracy.
② Open APP, follow indication to add corresponding device, select "body fat scale" (as shown in Figure 1.2)
③ Identify Device. Follow the indication and click "Open Bluetooth" button, turn on the Bluetooth (as shown in Figure 1.3) (if already open, system will automatically skip this step)
④ Please step on your scale and make it turn on, then check your APP and click "Confirm" button, device bound after this step. (as shown in Figure 1.4.1 and Figure 1.4.2)

⑤ Data Setting, please fill in the real age, height, gender, then click "Done" button to end setting (as shown in Figure 1.5)

2. Weighing and Data

① After adding device and setting data, step barefoot on scale evenly to get accurate result, scale will show your weight, all test result will be transmitted to the APP. (as shown in Figure 2.1)
② You can check and manage your weight, body fat, body water, muscle, body mass index and other data by APP;
③ Click the left "☐" icon can check the latest measurement report, which shows all data and index, also some exercise and diet recommendations. (as shown in Figure 2.2.1, Figure 2.2.2.)

④ Click the icon in the upper right corner "√" to view your historical weighing record. (as show in Figure 2.3.1) It shows changes of data based on week/month/year; Then click the icon "L" in the upper right corner to check weighing record of specific time. (as show in Figure 2.3.2)

INDICATION

Overload indication:

The maximum capacity is 180kg. If overload, “Err” will appear on the display. please get off the scale, to prevent damaging the product.

Low Battery indication:

When “La” symbol is shown on the display, it means the batteries need to be replaced.

CARE AND ATTENTION

The APP can support multiple products of our company(body fat scales, baby scales, luggage scales, kitchen scales) and multi-users support. The following are steps for device management (user management is similar)

1.Open APP and click " " in the upper left corner
2. Click "Device Management" (can select or delete the bound devices)
Click the upper right " " sign to add corresponding device.

When use this product for first time, please download APP and enter your personal data (gender/height/age), for more users, need to add users (fill in relevant personal data), please do edit your user name so that can choose your own name for next time using, there is totally 9 users at most for APP management.

Step barefoot on scale evenly to get accurate result. Please keep your feet clean and dry, also well contact with the electrode plate. Scale display shows your weight, please check other data (body fat, water, etc) on App.

If the scale would not be used in a long period, please take the battery out, and make sure there is noting on the scale.

Never throw away the scale or batteries to the rubbish.

Dispose them according to the local garbage regulations.
