KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN MIND:

1. Do not cover or block any venlaon openings. When placing the device on a shelf, leave 5 cm

(2”) free space around the whole device.

2. Install in accordance with the supplied user manual.

3. Keep the device away from heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves, candles and other

heat-generang products or naked ame. The device can only be used in moderate climates. Extremely cold or warm environments should be avoided. Working temperature between 0° and 35°C.

4. Avoid using the device near strong magnec elds.

5. Electrostac discharge can disturb normal usage of this device. If so, simply reset and restart the

device following the instrucon manual. During le transmission, please handle with care and operate in a stac-free environment.

6. Warning! Never insert an object into the product through the vents or openings. High voltage

ows through the product and inserng an object can cause electric shock and/or short circuit internal parts. For the same reason, do not spill water or liquid on the product.

7. Do not use in wet or moist areas such as bathrooms, steamy kitchens or near swimming pools.

8. The device shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and make sure that no objects lled

with liquids, such as vases, are placed on or near the apparatus.

9. Do not use this device when condensaon may occur. When the unit is used in a warm wet

room with damp, water droplets or condensaon may occur inside the unit and the unit may not funcon properly; let the unit stand in power OFF for 1 or 2 hours before turning on the power: the unit should be dry before geng any power.

10. Although this device is manufactured with the utmost care and checked several mes before

leaving the factory, it is sll possible that problems may occur, as with all electrical appliances. If you noce smoke, an excessive build-up of heat or any other unexpected phenomena, you should disconnect the plug from the main power socket immediately.

11. This device must operate on a power source as specied on the specicaon label. If you are

not sure of the type of power supply used in your home, consult your dealer or local power company.

12. Keep away from animals. Some animals enjoy bing on power cords.

13. To clean the device, use a so dry cloth. Do not use solvents or petrol based uids. To remove

severe stains, you may use a damp cloth with dilute detergent.

14. The supplier is not responsible for damage or lost data caused by malfuncon, misuse,

modicaon of the device or baery replacement.

15. This device is not intended for use by people (including children) with physical, sensory or

mental disabilies, or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they’re under supervision or have received instrucons about the correct use of the device by the person who is responsible for their safety.

16. This product is intended for non-professional use only and not for commercial or industrial use.

17. Make sure the unit is adjusted to a stable posion. Damage caused by using this product in an

unstable posion vibraons or shocks or by failure to follow any other warning or precauon contained within this user manual will not be covered by warranty.

18. Never remove the casing of this device.

19. Never place this device on other electrical equipment.22

20. Do not allow children access to plasc bags.

21. Only use aachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.

22. Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required when the device has been

damaged in any way, such as the power supply cord or the plug, when liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the device, when the device has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

23. Never directly fill the reservoir with flammable or aggressive chemicals (acids, etc.), but use a

separate glass container (not included).

24. Never reach into the cleaning liquid during the ultrasonic cleaning process.

25. Never use the device for cleaning living beings or body parts (fingernails).

26. If you’ve noticed any transportation damage, do not connect the device to the mains.

27. Insert heavily polluted objects with the dirty side downwards and don’t stack them. You may

need to repeat the cleaning process. PRINCIPLE OF ULTRASONIC CLEANING:

1. It produces millions of ny air bubbles per second, which are blasted by the high frequency

mechanical vibraons.

2. Generang strong impact and negave pressure sucon, so that stubborn dirt split into small

granular and o the surface of the object into the water.

PRINCIPLE OF UV-C LIGHT STERELISATION

1. When the organic pollutants pass through the ultraviolet lamp irradiaon area, the ultraviolet

light penetrates the cell membrane and nucleus of the organisms.

2. The organism will absorb the ultraviolet light, through a fotochemical process the DNA / RNA of

the organism wil be changed.

3. Through the change of genec material the acvity of the organism will be removed.

The organism can not reproduce and will die soon.23 CONTENT:

1. The FC35 works on a 1 - 2 - 3 principle where within 3 steps the device is operaonal.

Select the mode through the SET buon. Choose between Ultrasonic, UV-C or the combined power of Ultrasonic and UV-C. The selected mode will be visibly highlighted on the top of the lid.

2. Select the operang me. Choose between 180 - 300 - 480 seconds. The selected me is visible

on the LED screen in seconds and on the Time indicator.

3. When both the funcon and me is selected the FC35 is ready for operaon. operaon can be

executed by pressing the Blue On/O buon. At which point the Led display will start counng down from the selected me.

4. Aer operaon when the device reaches 000, the FC35 will turn o automacally.

5. The manufacturer advises to let the device cool for a minimum of 5 minutes before starng a

new operaon. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the lid and ll the tank with water.

Make sure the water level does not exceed the Max ll indicator in the tank.

2. Put the to be cleaned item either in the basket or aach to the multool.

3. Lower the basket / mul tool in the water, making sure the item is completely below the

surface. Close the lid and press prepare the FC35 to operate through the Panel control. This prodcut is divided into two funcon modes: Dry and Wet UV-C sterilisaon: Dry, Wet When only using the UV-C funcon to sterilize items, there is no need to ll the tank with water. During operaon, when the lid is raised the UV-C light will suspend while the mer keeps running. Close the lid for the UV-C light to turn back on and resume sterilisaon operaon. Ultrasonic cleaning: Wet When using the Ultrasonic funcon, always make sure that the tank is suciently lled to cover the product while not exceeding the MAX level. When in operaon the lid can be opened and closed without disturbing the ultrasonic process. Ultrasonic + UV-C: Wet When using the Ultrasonic funcon, always make sure that the tank is suciently lled to cover the product while not exceeding the MAX level. During operaon, when the lid is raised the UV-C light will suspend while the mer and the ultrasonic cleaning process connues. Close the lid for the UV-C light to resume.25

EXAMPLES OF SUITABLE OBJECTS FOR CLEANING

1. Glasses and spectacle frames (avoid direct contact between the spectacle glasses and the

bottom of the reservoir to prevent scratching. Use the basket with the glasses facing up). Pay attention to any loose pieces or any damage to the coating of the frame or to the glass. In this case, the coating may be further damaged during the cleaning process.

2. Contact lenses (hard and soft) in combination with multi-purpose no-rub liquid. Pay aenon

while cleaning glasses. An already loosened coang or colour layer on the glass or frame may be further loosened when using the cleaner. When in doubt, don’t use the cleaner for glasses with coang.

3. Gold or silver jewellery, gemstones, emeralds and pearls.

4. Felt-tip pens, ink cartridges and accessories.

5. Dentures, brackets, instruments, etc.

6. Shaving heads of electric razors.

7. Delicate mechanical parts of e.g. clocks or for model building.

1. Do not clean the FC35 with harsh cleaning products or sharp objects.

Keep the device in a cool, dry place, well out of reach of children.

2. Do not leave the water in the cleaning container. Empty immediately aer each use and make

sure the FC35 powerplug is unplugged.

3. Clean the device with a damp cloth only.

Do not submerse the FC35 in water.

DISCARDING OLD EQUIPMENT

Old electric and electronic devices oen contain valuable materials. However, they also contain harmful substances that were necessary for their funconality and safety. If these are placed with the non-recyclable waste or disposed of incorrectly, they can be harmful to human health and the environment. Never place your device with the non-recyclable waste. REMARK

• Use the collecon points available in your community and recycle old electric and electronic devices. Contact your town hall, the local waste disposal company or your dealer for more informaon.

• Make sure that your old device, unl it’s picked up, is safely stored out of reach of children. WARRANTY

• We provide a warranty of 24 months for this product. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and is intended for faults due to producon or the used materials.

• Your statutory warranty rights in accordance with § 439 . BGB-E will remain unaected by this.

• The warranty does not apply to damages as a result of improper handling or use, nor to malfuncons that only have a minor eect on the funconality or value of the product. Normal wear and tear, transport damage, to the extent that we are not responsible for this, as well as damages caused by repairs not performed by us, are also excluded from the warrant.26

• This device is designed for household use and has the right performance levels.

• Any use in commercial situaons is only covered by the warranty if the device is not put under a heavier strain that in a household situaon. The device is not intended for addional commercial use.

• In the case of well-founded complaints, we will repair the defecve device at our discreon or replace it with a device that shows no problems. All possible manufacturing faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery. All further claims are excluded. When invoking the warranty, please contact us rst before sending us the product (you must always provide us with proof of purchase).
