To get the best out of your new rechargeable shaver, please read through these instructions carefully before using it for the first time. Take particular note of the safety precautions. We also recommend that you keep the instructions for future reference.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Handle the blade and the cutting foil with care when cleaning them, as the parts are sharp and very fragile.

CHARGING
- The appliance must be fully charged for 2 hours prior to first use.
- The appliance can run about 60 minutes on a full charge.
- Check that the appliance is switched off.
- Insert the connector on the adapter (3) cord into the socket on the appliance. Plug the appliance in.
- Charge the appliance. The appliance should not be charged for more than 2 hours.
USE
Dry shaving:
- Switch the appliance on by turning the base of the motor unit from the "O" symbol to the "I" symbol.
- Hold the shaving head to the skin and press gently against the skin while stretching it with the other hand. Move the shaving head over the skin in circular motions, not in straight lines.
- Shake stubble out of the appliance on a regular basis to avoid it getting stuck in the cutting foil.

Wet shaving:
- Wash the face. Apply shaving foam or shaving gel.
- Rinse the shaving head under running water.
- Switch the appliance on by turning the base of the motor unit from the "O" symbol to the "I" symbol.
- Hold the shaving head to the skin and press gently against the skin while stretching it with the other hand. Move the shaving head over the skin in circular motions, not in straight lines.
- Switch the appliance off by turning the base of the motor unit from the "I" symbol to the "O" symbol.
CLEANING
- Turn off the appliance and remove the adapter connector from the appliance's charging socket before cleaning.
- Pull the shaving head straight off the appliance. Do not twist or turn it as you pull it off.
- Shake or blow beard debris out of the shaver head and brush the cutting foil using the cleaning brush (5) provided to remove any beard debris.
- Brush the edge and the appliance with the cleaning brush.

- Replace the shaving head on the appliance.
- You can also rinse the shaving head under running water. Allow it to air-dry completely before refitting it. The shaving head must not be wiped with a cloth or paper, as this may damage it!
- Clean the casing by wiping it with a damp cloth. Do not use detergents of any kind.
