How to install the SFX power supply in the Ridge case?

Remove the bottom panel by unscrewing the four screws. Slide the SFX power supply into the designated slot, cables facing inward. Secure it with the provided screws. Make sure the power supply fan is directed toward the bottom grille for optimal ventilation.

What is the maximum compatible graphics card length?

The Ridge case accepts graphics cards up to 325 mm in length, with a maximum width of 152 mm. Also ensure that the CPU cooler height does not exceed 70 mm.

Can I install a 3.5-inch hard drive?

Yes, the Ridge has one 3.5-inch hard drive bay located in the lower section. It can accommodate 3.5-inch HDDs or SSDs. Two additional 2.5-inch SSD slots are also available.

How to clean the Fractal Design Ridge case?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe dust from glass and metal surfaces. For hard-to-reach areas, you can use a can of compressed air. Avoid any liquid or abrasive products that could damage the finishes.

Does the warranty cover accidental damage?

No, Fractal Design's limited 24-month warranty only covers hardware or manufacturing defects. Damage caused by incorrect use, improper installation, natural causes (lightning, fire, flood) are not covered.

Where can I find replacement screws for my Ridge case?

Replacement screws are available from your Fractal Design dealer or customer service. You can also find them in standard PC screw kits, as the Ridge uses common UNC 6-32 and M3 screws.

How to change the tempered glass panel?

To remove the glass panel, unscrew the mounting screws located at the back of the case. Firmly hold the panel and gently tilt it to release it. To replace, align the latches and screw back in. Always handle glass with care.

Does this case support a water cooling system?

Yes, the Ridge can accommodate a 240 mm or 280 mm water cooling radiator on the side panel. Ensure that the radiator thickness (max 30 mm) and pump length are compatible with internal clearances.

Can I use an ATX motherboard in the Fractal Design Ridge?

No, the Ridge is designed exclusively for Mini-ITX motherboards. ATX, Micro-ATX, or other form factors are not compatible.

This product is guaranteed for twenty four (24) months from the date of delivery to end-user, against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
