We hope you enjoy using the many features and benefits it provides. Before using this product please study this entire Instruction Manual carefully. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. Ensure that other people using the product are familiar with these instructions as well. WARNING When the oven is first switched on, it may give off an unpleasant smell. This is due to the bonding agent used for the insulating panels within the oven. Please run up the new empty product with the conventional cooking function, 250ºC, 90 minutes to clean oil impurities inside the cavity. During the first use, it is completely normal that there will be a slight smoke and odors. If it does occur, you merely have wait for the smell to clear before putting food into the oven. Please use the product under the open environment. The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements. Children less than 8 years of age shall be kept away unless continuously supervised. If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
V.4 1Do not allow children to go near the oven when it is opera- ting, especially when the grill is on. Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the oven lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock. An all-pole disconnection means must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass. A steam cleaner is not to be used. The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote- control system. The instructions for ovens that have shelves shall include details indicating the correct installations of the shelves. This oven is designed for indoor domestic use. If it is used for other purposes, or if it is misused, the warranty will be void. V.4 2SAFETY HINTS Do not use the oven unless you are wearing something on your feet. Do not touch the oven with wet or damp hands or feet. For oven: Oven door should not be opened often during the cooking period. The appliance must be installed by an authorized technician and put into use. The producer is not responsible for any damage that might be caused by defective placement, and installation by unauthorized personnel. When the door or drawer of oven is open do not leave anything on it, you may unbalance your appliance or break the door. Some parts of appliance may keep its heat for a long time; it is required to wait for it to cool down before touching onto the points that are exposed to the heat directly. If you will not use the appliance for a long time, it is advised to plug it off. Remove excessive dirt before cleaning; refer to the products that can be used inside the oven during cleaning. Use only the temperature probe recommended for this oven. V.4 3FITTING THE OVEN INTO THE KITCHEN UNIT Fit the oven into the space provided in the kitchen unit; it may be fitted underneath a work top or into an upright cupboard. Fix the oven in position by screwing into place, using the two fixing holes in the frame. To locate the fixing holes, open the oven door and look inside. To allow adequate ventilation, the measurements and distances adhered to when fixing the oven. IMPORTANT If the oven is to work properly, the kitchen housing must be suitable. The panels of the kitchen unit that are next to the oven must be made of a heat resistant material. Ensure that the glues of units that are made of veneered wood can withstand temperatures of at least 120 ºC. Plastics or glues that cannot withstand such temperatures will melt and deform the unit, once the oven has been lodged inside the units, electrical parts must be completely insulated. This is a legal safety requirement. All guards must be firmly fixed into place so that it is impossible to remove them without using special tools. Remove the back of the kitchen unit to ensure an adequate current of air circulates around the oven. The hob must have a rear gap of at least 45 mm.

When you have unpacked the oven, make sure that it has not been damaged in any way. If you have any doubts at all, do not use it: contact a professionally qualified person. Keep packing materials such as plastic bags, polystyrene, or nails out of the reach of children because these are dangerous to children. Oven lamp will light for all cooking functions except ECO function. Defrost: The circulation of air at room temperature enables quicker thawing of frozen food (without the use of any heat). It's a gentle but quick way to speed up the defrosting time and thawing of ready-made dishes and cream filled produce etc. Bottom heater: Heat is applied only by the bottom side of the oven. Use this option for browning the bottom side of the food. This function is suitable for slow cooking recipes or for warming up meals. Conventional cooking: Heaters from the upper and the lower side uniformly heat the exposed food. Baking and roasting is possible only at single level. Convention with fan: The top heating element and the bottom heating element are working with fan. The appliance to be cooked is evenly and quickly cooked all around. Grill-small: This cooking method is normal grilling, utilizing the inner part only of the top heating element, which directs heat downwards onto the food. Double grilling: The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the oven are working. Suitable for grilling larger quantities. Double grilling with fan (at the rear panel): The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the oven are working with fan. It is suitable for grilling large amount of meat. For energy-saved cooking. Cooking the selected ingredients in a gentle manner, and the heat comes from the top and the bottom. V.4 5OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS When the oven is first connected to the electrical supply, wait for the display automatically show " 12.30 ", a beep sound once and the " 12 " and " . " flash. Ensure the correct time of the day is set before using the oven. Please note: that is 24 hour clock, for example 2PM shown as 14.00. To set the correct time of day

he time. 2>Press the " " button to confirm the time setting. 3>Press the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time to set the minutes. 4> Press the " " button to confirm the minute setting and return to standby status. Note: if the display does not flash when you turn it on for the first time, you can follow these steps to set the clock. Oven On and Off If the timer is in standby mode; press " " for more than 3 seconds, the timer will enter manual mode and the symbol " " will light up continuously .
1) Set the desired cooking function and temperature settings.
2) Set the timer and the oven will switch on.
If you set Dur or End, after cooking, the oven will automatically turn off. If you set manual or minute minder, after cooking, bring the cooking function and oven temperature knob to " 0 " position. Press " " and " + " buttons for more than 3 seconds to return to standby mode. Time function setting In manual mode, pressing " " can enter the time function setting. The sequence of the function setting is Manual mode - Minute minder-Dur-End-Manual mode. Then select the cooking function and adjust the cooking temperature if required. Manual mode In manual mode, only the current time is displayed and the symbol is illumi- nated. It is up to the user to control the cooking time. In this mode, to ensure that the oven is not left on by accident, when 5 hours elapse without any button being pressed, the timer will flash as a warnin
enter standby mode. After a total of 10 hours, it will enter standby mode. When the timer is flashing in manual mode, press any button to reset it if you intend to continue using the oven, or press and "+" at the same time for at least 3 seconds to enter standby mode if you are not going to use it any more. V.4 6Setting the timer as an alarm This function can be used to receive audible warning at the completion of the adjusted time period. 1> Press the " " button to select the minute minder function. The relevant " " "." symbol will flash. 2> Use the + and - buttons to set the alarm time, following the same steps as for changing the oven time. Press the button to confirm, and when the symbol is fixed, the alarm setting is complete. 3> At the end of the set time, the oven will sound an audible alarm and the symbol will start flashing. Press any button to stop the alarm, and the symbol will disappear from the display. This function only serves as a reminder, and does not automatically switch off the oven. (Before setting finished time). 2> Use the " +" and "-" button to adjust finishing time. (Refer to the instructions for setting the correct time of day. ) 3> Press the " " button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbols "A" and will light on the screen. While doing this, the oven will also start to operate. 4> At the end of the set duration, the timer will switch off the oven and emit an audible signal and the A symbol will flash. After turning the function and cooking temperature selection wheels to 0, press any button to stop the alarm. Press again the button for more than 3 seconds to return the oven to Manual mode. V.4 7Full automatic programming This function is used to start cooking with delayed start, and to cook for a set period of time. You must place the food to be cooked in the oven and set it to the desired cooking function and the required temperature depending on the type of food to be cooked. First: Press the " " button until you see " Dur " on the timer screen. Use the "+" and "-" button to adjust cooking period for the food you wish to cook. Press " " button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbols "A" will begin to continuously light on the screen. Second: keep pressing on " " button until you see "End" on the timer screen. When you see "End" on the time screen, use "+" or "-" button to adjust finishing time. Press " " button to confirm, the day's time will appear on the screen and the symbol "A" will begin to continuously light on the screen. The symbol " " disappears until the time cooking starts. You can set a time which can be up 23.59 hours after the time obtained by adding the cooking period to the day's time. The oven will start to operate at the time calculated by subtracting the cooking period from the set end time, and will switch off when the set end time is reached. The oven will sound an audible alarm and the "A" symbol will flash. After turning the function and cooking temperature selection wheels to 0, press any button for less than 3 seconds to stop the alarm. Press the button for more than 3 seconds to return the oven to manual mode. Please note that once the automatic mode is set, the set times cannot be changed. Changing these times involves cancelling the automatic mode and activating the corresponding mode. If you need to make changes to the automatic mode, you will have to stop all settings and follow the above steps again. Specifications 1> When setting the time for each function, press and hold "+" or "-" for more than 3 seconds to make the values increase or decrease faster. 2> During time setting of these functions, if no button is pressed for 5 minutes, the oven will return to manual mode. 3> During the time setting of these functions, you can press for more than 3 seconds to cancel the current setting and activate the manual mode. 4> During timer setting, press + and for more than 3 seconds. A beep will sound and the current timer will be cancelled to return to standby mode. 5> We suggest that you run the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C to remove any residue left on the oven surfaces. V.4 8ACCESSORIES Grates: For grilling dishes or placing containers for roasting or baking food. Removable rack: This rack is placed on the right and left side of the oven, and can be removed to clean the oven walls (depending on model). Universal tray: For cooking large quantities of food such as cakes, pastries, frozen food, etc... or for collecting grease or spillages from cooking meat. Telescopic guides: Some of the models contain telescopic guides to facilitate the use of the oven. These telescopic guides can be removed for cleaning by unscrewing the screws used to fix them. To replace it, proceed as follows: Disconnect power from the mains outlet or switch off the circuit breaker of the unit's mains outlet. Unscrew the glass lamp cover by turning it counter-clockwise (note, it may be stiff) and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type. Screw the glass lamp cover back in place.
SECURING THE OVEN TO THE CABINET
1. Fit oven into the cabinet recess.
2. Open the oven door and determine the
location of the mounting screw holes.
3. Fix the oven to the cabinet with two screws.
SHELF PLACEMENT WARNING: To ensure the oven shelves operate safely, correct placement of the shelves between the side rail is imperative. Shelves and the pan only can be used between the first and fifth layers. The shelves should be used with the right direction, it will ensure that during careful removal of the shelf or tray, hot food items should not slide out. VENTILATING OPENINGS When cooking is finished or in pause state or in waiting state, if the oven's center temperature is over 75 degree, the cooling fan will continue working for 15 minutes. Or when the oven's center temperature becomes lower than 75 degree, the cooling fan will stop in advance. V.4
11CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For the sake of a good appearance and reliability, keep the unit clean. The modern design of the unit facilitates maintenance to a minimum. The parts of the unit which come into contact with food have to be cleaned regularly. Before any maintenance and cleaning, disconnect the power. Set all controls in the OFF position. Wait until the inside of the unit is not hot but only slightly warm-cleaning is easier than when warm. Clean the surface of the unit with a damp cloth, soft brush or fine sponge and then wipe dry. In case of heavy soiling, use hot water with non-abrasive cleaning product. For cleaning the glass of the oven door, do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers, these can scratch the surface or lead to the glass being damaged. Never leave acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar) on stainless steel parts. Do not use a high pressure cleaner for cleaning the unit. The baking pans may be washed in mild detergent. DISPOSAL: Do not dispose t his product as unsorted municipal waste. Col lection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary. The european directive 2012/19 /UE on wasted electrical and electronic equipments (WEEE), requires that household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you disposed of the appliances, it must be separately collected. Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their old appliance. V.4 12REMOVING THE DOOR FROM OVEN (OPTIONAL) Removable doors allow full access to entire interior of the oven for easier and quicker maintenance. Handle parts and glass with great care, as breakage due to improper handling is not covered by the warranty.
To remove the door, open the door to the maximum angle. Then pull the buckle at the door hinge backward. (Figure 1) Close the door to an angle approximately 15°. Lift up and slowly pull the door out from the oven. (Figure 2) Place the door flatwise with door top cover towards yourself, put your hands on the glass and pull it towards the oven. (Figure 3) Separate the glass carefully by lifting it approximately 25°.(Figure 4) Push the glass into the position indicated by the arrow in Figure 5. Gently pull the glass out of the socket. After pulling out the inner glass, please take out the middle layer glass as shown in Figure 6. When cleaning is completed, reverse the above procedures to return the door to its original position. 15º

1. To remove the door, open the door
to the maximum angle.Then pull the buckle at the door hinge backward.
2. Close the door to an angle
approximately 30°. Hold the door with one hand on each side. Lift up and slowly pull the door out from the oven.
3. Open the door rotation bracket
assembly, refer the action in the following picture.
4. Lift up the door outer glass and pull
it out, then take the door middle glass out in the same way.
Don't pull the door forcibly and prevent the glass breakage during the dismantling process.
Note that the hinge springs could loose and cause personal injury.
Do not lift or carry the oven door by the door handle. 30º V.4 14WARRANTY CONDITIONS This appliance is guaranteed for three years from the date of sale against all manufacturing defects, including labour and spare parts. In order to justify the date of purchase, it will be compulsory to present the invoice or purchase receipt. The conditions of this warranty apply only to Spain and Portugal. If you have purchased this product in another country, please consult your distributor for the applicable conditions. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
1. Remote controls, drain intake rubbers, dockings and door seals, weather stripping.
2. Damage to enamels, paints, nickel plating, chrome plating, oxidation or other types of
aesthetic parts or components that do not affect the internal functioning of the appliance.
3. Damage to wear parts due to use, corrosion or oxidation, whether caused by normal use
of the appliance or accelerated deterioration due to unfavorable environmental or climatic circumstances. Not suitable for outdoor use.
4. Damage to fragile pieces of glass, glass ceramic, plastics, handles, baskets, doors or light
bulbs when their failure or breakage is not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
5. Faults produced by fortuitous causes or accidents of force majeure, or as a consequence
of abnormal, negligent or inappropriate use of the device.
6. Civil liabilities of any nature.
7. Consequential damage to the appliance as long as it has not been caused by an internal
