How to activate the answering machine?

Press the Answering machine key (screen key) or press and hold the 1 key in standby. You can also go through the menu: 9 (Answering machine) -> 2 (Answering machine).

How to set the date and time?

Press Menu, select RDV/Time then Date/Time. Enter the day/month/year, then the hours/minutes. Confirm with Save.

How to save a contact in the phonebook?

Open the phonebook with the dedicated key, select New entry, enter the number (up to 32 digits) and the name (according to the character table page 28). Confirm with Save.

How to use the hands-free function?

During a call, press the Hands-free key (speaker icon). To adjust the volume, press the same key again then use the up/down arrows. Confirm with Save.

How to block external dialing on a handset?

Go to Menu -> Base settings -> Special functions -> Internal intrusion (or access category). Select the handset and choose Block for external calls.

What to do if the handset does not ring?

Check that the ringer is not deactivated. Press and hold the * (asterisk) key to activate/deactivate the ringer. Also check the ringer volume in Menu -> Sounds/Audio -> Listening volume.

How to transfer a call to another handset?

During an external call, open the menu with the right screen key, select Transfer, then choose the desired internal handset. The caller is put on hold.

How to listen to answering machine messages remotely?

Dial your number from another phone. When the announcement plays, press # and enter your system PIN (default 0000). Follow the voice prompts.

How to copy the phonebook to another handset?

Open the phonebook, select an entry, open the menu (Copy list or Copy entry). Choose the destination handset. The copy starts automatically.

How to reset the base to factory settings?

Go to Menu -> Base settings -> Reset base. Confirm with OK. The base restarts with default settings (PIN 0000, etc.).
