USER MANUAL Progloss Diverse Twist & Swivel TO-2000 Revamp

• Ensure the hair is dry and tangle-free.

• For extra protection, apply a heat protection spray of your choice.

• Clip up your hair ready for styling.

• Plug the product into a 220-240V mains power supply.

• Slide the power buon to switch on.

• The appliance has 1 heat seing with a default temperature of 200°C. This temperature is not suitable for aificial hair such as hair extensions or wigs.

• Use the heat resistant glove to avoid any accidental burns.

• Section the hair prior to styling. Style the lower layers first.

• The handle can be used straight like a regular styling wand or rotated to 90° making it easier to curl.

• Hold the handle and wrap a section of hair around the heated barrel.

• Wait about 5-8 seconds, depending on your hair type, for curl to form.

• Unwind the hair and release the curl.

• Allow the hair to cool before styling.

• Repeat this around the head to create as many curls as desired.

• This is a high peormance product, avoid frequent use to prevent hair damage.

• Regular use of styling products may deteriorate the coating.

• Do not scratch the suace of the product as this will deteriorate the effectiveness of the coating.

• While heating, during use and cooling, place on a flat, smooth, heat-resistant suace or use your heat resistant silicone mat. Only hold unit by the handle or on the top cool tip of the aachment using your heat resistant glove.

• The product reaches a very high temperature during operation, please style with caution when using. Make sure to keep away from the scalp and skin to avoid burns.

• Always wear your heat resistant glove and place product on the heat resistant silicone mat while in-use. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS This appliance can be used by children aged from 16 years and above. Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities should not use this product. Persons with lack of experience and knowledge can use the product if they have been supervised/instructed and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older than 16 and supervised. Keep the appliance and cable out of reach of children under 16 years.TWIST & SWIVEL HANDLE The Diverse Twist and Swivel Handle can be used straight like a regular styling wand or rotated to 90° making it easier to curl. To rotate the handle, take hold of the blue pa of the handle and twist the black pa away from you in an anti-clockwise direction until it locks into place, making sure to keep your hands away from the heated barrel. The heated barrel should always be pointed away from you when twisting. We recommend you practice twisting the handle with the Diverse switched off and aachment cool, before using for the first time.

ADDING & CHANGING THE BARRELS

Always ensure the appliance is turned off. Always allow the appliance to cool off before fiing or changing barrels.

1. To remove the existing barrel, press the eject buon and carefully drop it off onto

the heat resistant mat. Align “FRONT” arrow on the barrel with the “eject” buon of the handle. In case the hot barrel doesn’t automatically eject from the handle, cau- tiously grab the cool tip of the barrel wearing your heat resistant glove and firmly pull the barrel away from the handle before placing it on the heat resistant mat.

2. To fit the new barrel, push it firmly into the handle. It will automatically be locked.

Make sure that the barrel is safely locked into the handle before turning the appliance on.

3. Once fied correctly, it should not be possible to remove the barrel without

pressing the “eject” buon.WARNING: for additional protection the installation of a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable. Ask an electrician for advice. Always ensure the voltage to be used corresponds to the voltage stated on the unit before plugging the appliance into the mains socket. Aer use, ALWAYS TURN OFF THE APPLIANCE AND UNPLUG FROM THE MAINS SUPPLY. Allow to cool in a safe place out of the reach of young children. Do not leave the appliance where children could touch it and be injured. Aer use, the barrel may take up to one hour to cool to a safe temperature.

WARNING: This appliance must not be used near water or in a bathroom. It should not

be used near bathtubs, basins or any other vessels containing water. THE REVAMP DIVERSE HANDLE AND BARRELS ARE DESIGNED TO BE EXCLUSIVELY COMPATIBLE WITH EACH OTHER. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THEM IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS.

• This appliance must not be used outdoors.

• Avoid allowing any pa of the appliance to come into contact with the face, neck or scalp.

• Do not use the appliance while drowsy.

• Do not leave the appliance unaended while plugged in.

• Only set the appliance down on the silicone mat provided.

• Do not operate with wet hands.

• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

• Do not use any extension cord with this appliance.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or let it come in contact with any hot suaces.

• Do not carry the appliance by the power cord.

• Do not wrap the cord around the unit. Check the cord regularly for any sign of damage.

• Do not place the appliance on so furnishings or suaces that may be damaged by heat or any combustible materials

• If the power cord becomes damaged, discontinue use immediately and return the appliance to your nearest authorised service dealer for repair or replacement in order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctions.

• Do not take the appliance apa. There are no serviceable pas inside.

• Always ensure the unit is locked either straight or at 90° when using.

• Let the appliance cool down before cleaning and storing away.

• Do not allow metal pas of the barrels to touch bare skin, the barrel reaches high temperatures and will cause burns.

• Care should be taken while styling the back of your head to avoid any burn on arms, neck or ears.

• This appliance should only be used for styling human hair. Do not use on synthetic hair or wigs.CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

• Switch the appliance off, unplug from the mains and allow to cool fully before cleaning.

• Wipe over all suaces using a so damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or cleaners.

• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.

• Ensure all pas are dried thoroughly with a so towel before reusing.

• To prevent cord damage, do not wrap the cord around the appliance, always store the cord loosely next to the appliance.

• Store in a cool dry place.

Quest’ultimo deve sempre essere puntato lontano da sé durante la rotazione. Prima di utilizzarla la prima volta, si consiglia di provare a ruotare l’impugnatura con Diverse spento e l’accessorio freddo.
