How to pair the Bluetooth receiver with my smartphone?

Turn on the receiver by pressing and holding the multifunction button (3 seconds) until the LED flashes blue. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and select the device "BT09". The LED turns solid blue once connected. If a password is requested, try 0000, 1234, 1111 or 8888.

How to charge the receiver?

Connect the receiver via the micro-USB port (not included) to a USB charger or computer, or use the included 12V USB charger by plugging it into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The solid red LED indicates charging; it turns off when the battery is full.

What to do if the Bluetooth connection does not work?

Make sure the receiver is on and in search mode (flashing blue LED). Check that Bluetooth on your device is activated. If the connection fails, turn off the receiver (press and hold 3 seconds) and try again. If the problem persists, remove the device from your smartphone's Bluetooth list and re-pair.

How to make a hands-free call?

To answer a call, briefly press the multifunction button. To hang up, briefly press again. To reject a call, press and hold the multifunction button for about 2 seconds.

Can I charge my devices via the receiver?

Yes, the receiver has 2 USB ports (max. 2.4 A each) to charge devices like a smartphone. The total power must not exceed 20 W (12 W + 8 W). Simply plug your device with a USB cable, then plug the receiver into a 12 V socket.

What do the different LED colors mean?

Solid blue LED: device connected and ready. Flashing blue LED: Bluetooth search mode. Solid red LED: charging. Flashing red LED: battery below 10%. LED off: device off or battery full (not charging).

What is the battery life?

The built-in Li-Po battery of 300 mAh offers a maximum battery life of 7 hours in continuous use. If the receiver is not connected to a Bluetooth device, it automatically turns off after 10 minutes to save battery.

Is the receiver compatible with all vehicles (12V)?

The provided charger is designed for a 12 V supply voltage, compatible with most vehicle cigarette lighter sockets. However, the power supply of some vehicles continues even when the engine is off; disconnect the product when not in use to avoid draining the vehicle battery.

How to clean the device?

Disconnect the device before cleaning. Use a slightly damp lint-free cloth without harsh detergents. Make sure no liquid enters the product.

5. Gettingstarted

• InserttheBluetooth ^ receiverintotheUSBcharger's chargingport(9).ThenconnecttheUSBchargerto thevehicle's12V socket.

• Alternatively, the device can also be charged via a micro-USBcable(notincludedintheextentof delivery)connectedtoa suitablepowersource(USB chargerorUSBportona P C/notebook).

• The status LED lights up solid red during the charging process.
  • Thechargingprocessbeginsandendsautomatically.

6.Operation

6.1 Initial connection via Bluetooth® (pairing)

Note

• Ensure yourBluetooth®-enableddeviceisswitchedon andthatBluetooth ® isactivated.
• For more information, please refer to the operating instructions of your device.

- ConnecttheBluetooth ^ receiverusingthe3.5mm jacksoncket(orAUX)onthereceivingdevice(e.g.on thecarradio).

- Press the multi-function key (1) for 3 seconds to switchtheBluetooth ^ receiveronandtoactivate searchmode(LED(6)flashesblue).

- ThenactivatetheBluetooth® functiononyour transmittingdevice(e.g.smartphone)andselectthe device"BT09".

- The status LED (6) lights up solid blue - the device is paired and readytouse.

Note- Bluetooth®password

• Some devices require a password in order to connecttoanotherBluetooth ^ device.
• If your device requests a password to connect, enter thepassword 0 000,1234,1111or8888.

6.2 Terminating the connection

- Press the multi-function key (1) for 3 seconds to terminate the connection and switch off the device.

6.3 Automaticconnection

- For a further connection with the Bluetooth® receiver, you simply need to switch the device on. Thelasttransmittingdeviceispre-settoensure fast connectivity.

- If this does not work, establish a new connection (see Point5.1InitialconnectionviaBluetooth®).

6.4Acceptingcalls

• Pressingthemulti-functionkey(1)onceallowsyou toaccepta c all.

• To reject a call, press the multi-function key for around 2 seconds.

6.5 Power-saving
