- The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
- Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating and use it in dry environments only.
- Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters, other heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Do not allow yourself to be distracted by the product when driving a vehicle. Always pay attention to the surrounding trac and your environment.
- Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
- Do not operate the product outside the power limits specied in the technical data.
- Dispose of packaging material immediately in accordance with the locally applicable regulations.
- Do not modify the device in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.

- Always pull directly on the plug when disconnecting the cable, never on the cable itself.
- Ensure that the product is securely mounted before every journey.
- When using this product, observe the applicable local trac laws and regulations.

- Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it becomes damaged.
- Do not use the product if the charging cable, adapter cable or power cable is damaged.
- Do not attempt to service or repair the product yourself. Leave any and all service work to qualied experts. Note - 12 V line voltage The charger is compatible with a line voltage of 12 V.3 Note - Car battery With some vehicles, it can happen that power continues to be supplied even though the ignition has been switched off. You should therefore disconnect the product from the line connection when not in use to protect your car battery from being drained. Note - Car charger
- On some types of vehicle, the ignition must be switched on for the voltage to travel to the car socket. For more information, please refer to your vehicle's owners' manual.
- Use the enclosed car charger only to charge this device. 5.Getting started
- Position the supplied hook and loop strip in a suitable place in the car and attach the Bluetooth hands-free facility to it.
- Connect the 3.5 mm jack plug (5) to the car's AUX socket.
- Plug the USB car charger (1) into the car's cigarette lighter socket and then connect the USB plug (6) on the Bluetooth hands-free facility to the USB car charger.
- You can now connect your transmitting device (e.g. smartphone) to the Bluetooth hands-free facility.
6.1 First connection via Bluetooth
- Make sure that your Bluetooth
-capable device is switched on and that Bluetooth
- For more information, please refer to the operating instructions of your device.4
- Connect the Bluetooth
hands-free facility using the
3.5 mm jack socket (or AUX) to the receiving device
(e.g. on the car radio).
- To supply power to the device, the supplied USB car charger must be plugged into the car's cigarette lighter socket and the USB plug on the BT hands-free facility must be connected to the USB car charger.
- The status LED (9) starts to ash blue and the device is in search mode.
- Then activate the Bluetooth® function on your transmitting device (e.g. smartphone) and select the device "BT61".
- The status LED (9) lights up solid blue - the device is paired and ready to use. Note - Bluetooth
- Some devices require a password in order to connect to another Bluetooth
- If your device requests a password to connect, enter the password 0000, 1234, 1111 or 8888.
6.2 Terminating the connection
- To switch off the device and terminate the connection, unplug the USB plug (6) from the USB car charger (1).
6.3 Automatic connection
- To reconnect to the Bluetooth
receiver, simply plug the USB plug (6) back into the USB car charger (1).
- The last transmitting device is pre-set to ensure fast connectivity.
- If this does not work, establish a new connection (see Point 6.1 Initial connection via Bluetooth®).
- Pressing the multi-function key (2) once allows you to accept a call.
- To end it, press the multi-function key again.
- To reject a call, press and hold the multi-function key for around 2 seconds.
6.5 Bass amplification
- To activate the bass amplication function, press and hold the button (4) until the symbol lights up blue. 7.Charging devices Warning - Connection of devices
- Before connecting a device, check whether it can be adequately supplied with the charger's current delivery.
- Ensure that the power of the connected device does not exceed 10.5 W.
- Note the instructions in your device's operating manual. Unless different instructions have been expressly given in the operating instructions for the devices you are charging, proceed as follows:
- Connect your device to a USB charging port using a suitable USB cable.
- Then connect the charger to the on-board electrical system's car socket.
- The charging process is displayed on your device.
- Disconnect the device from the charger if you wish to interrupt the charging process or when the device is fully charged.

- Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
