What is the maximum weight supported by the Cassia bouncer?

The maximum child weight is 9 kg. It must not be used if the child can sit up unaided, even if under this weight.

Can I use the bouncer to put my baby to sleep?

No, this product is not intended for long sleep periods. It does not replace a cradle or cot. When the child needs to sleep, place them in a suitable bed.

How to maintain the Cassia bouncer?

Use a sponge and mild soap to clean the frame. Do not use harsh detergent. For fabric parts, follow the instructions on the care label. Check mechanical parts every 15 days and do not force if adjustment is difficult.

What type of batteries to use in the Cassia bouncer?

Use non-rechargeable batteries respecting polarity. Do not mix different types of batteries or new with used ones. Remove discharged batteries. The bouncer can also be used with a transformer recommended by the manufacturer.

Is the Cassia bouncer covered by warranty?

Yes, the product has a 24-month warranty from the original purchase date, covering material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidents, or misuse. To claim warranty, contact an authorized dealer with proof of purchase.

Can I move the bouncer with my baby inside?

No, do not move or lift the bouncer when the baby is inside. This could cause injury. Always move the product when empty.

From what age can I use the Cassia bouncer?

The bouncer can be used from birth until the child can sit up unaided or reaches 9 kg. However, it is not designed for prolonged sleep.

What if a part of the bouncer is damaged or missing?

Our products have been carefully designed and tested to ensure your baby's safety and comfort. EN 12790:2009.

WARNING:

• Never leave the child unattended.
• Do not use this product once your child can sit up unaided or weighs more than 9 kg.
  • This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
• Never use this product on an elevated surface (e.g. a table).
  • Always use the restraint system.
• Never use the toy bar to carry the reclined cradle.
  • To avoid injury ensure that children are kept away when

unfolding and folding this product.

• Do not let children play with this product.
• Do not move or lift this product with the baby inside it.

Additional information

• Toys and toy bar must be assembled by an adult.
- This product does not replace a cot or a bed. Should your child need to sleep, then it should be placed in a suitable cot or bed.
- Do not use the product if any components are broken or missing.
- Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by the manufacturer.
- When product is not use for a long period of time, it is recommended to store it away from children and to remove batteries.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.

• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the infant swing.

Our 24 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our user manual for a period of 24 months from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer. To request repairs or spare parts under our warranty for defects in materials and workmanship you must present your proof of purchase, made within the 24 months preceding the service request.

Our 24 months warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, abusive use, negligence, fire, liquid contact or other external cause, damage which is the consequence of failing to comply with the user manual, damage caused by use with another product, damage caused by service by anyone who is not authorized by us, or if the product is stolen or if any label or identification number has been removed from the product or has been changed. Examples of normal wear and tear include wheels and fabric worn down by regular use and the natural breakdown of colors and materials due to normal aging of the product.

Should problems or defects arise, your first point of contact is the authorized dealer or retailer recognized by us. Our 24 months warranty is recognized by them (1). You must present your proof of purchase, made within the 24 months preceding the service request. It is easiest if you get your service request pre-approved by us. If you submit a valid claim under this warranty, we may request that you return your product to the authorized dealer or retailer recognized by us or that you ship the product to us in accordance with our instructions. We will pay for shipment and for return freight if all instructions are followed. Damage and/or defects neither covered by our warranty nor by the legal rights of the consumer and/or damage and/or defects with respect to products that are not covered by our warranty can be handled at a reasonable fee.
