What to do if the appliance does not start?

Check that the appliance is properly plugged into a wall outlet. If the power cord is damaged, contact after-sales service. If the appliance overheats, the protection device may have activated; let it cool down and restart.

Why is there little or no water during spraying?

The brush nozzle may be clogged. Remove the brush and rinse the nozzle with clean water. If the problem persists, the handle or pump may be damaged; contact after-sales service.

Suction is weak or non-existent, what to do?

Make sure the switch is on. Empty the dirty water tank if full (the float cuts off suction). Check that the hose is not split or blocked. Clean or replace the air inlet sponge filter.

How to clean the water tanks?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the clean water tank and empty it. Remove the dirty water tank, open the lid and empty it. Rinse both tanks with clean water and air dry before reassembling.

What detergents can I use?

Preferably use highly alkaline ionized water, baking soda, citric acid, or weakly acidic electrolyzed water. Avoid detergents that produce a lot of foam (risk of entering the machine). Always test on an edge of the fabric before use.

How to clean the brush after use?

Disassemble the brush part by pressing the button and pulling. Open the brush cover with your finger and remove it. Rinse the brush with clean water and check that the nozzle is not clogged. Reassemble by fitting the notches until you hear a click.

What to do if water flows into the appliance?

Immediately turn off the appliance and unplug it. Drain the water from the appliance, hose, and tank. Let it dry completely before reuse.

How to maintain the sponge filters?

After each use, rinse the sponge filters with clean water and air dry. Replace them if damaged to maintain good suction.

Can I use the vacuum on wet surfaces?

No, the appliance is designed to vacuum water and dust on hard or textile surfaces, but should not be used on already wet surfaces. Avoid vacuuming large amounts of standing water.

What is the maximum capacity of the dirty water tank?

The dirty water tank has a capacity of 500 ml. When it reaches the maximum level, suction stops automatically due to the float action. Empty it immediately to continue using the appliance.
