- Ambienttemperaturemustbebetween41-86°F(5-30°C).
INSTALLATION
NOTICE: Do NOT tilt the machine. Tilting could allow oil to flow out of the pump and caused damage to the machine.
NOTICE: Usingavoltageotherthanthenameplateratedvoltagewill causedamagetotheunit.Incorrectvoltage,modification tothepowercordorelectricalcomponentscandamage unitandwillvoidthewarranty.
NOTICE: Runningthemachinewithoutoilorinsufficientoilwill damagethemachineandvoidthewarranty.
- Remove all packing material and tape, as well as any protective plastic from the equipment.
- Cleananyglueresidueleftbytheplasticortape.
- Placethevacuumpackmachineonaflat, levelsurface.
- Check the oil gaugewindow at the back of the machine. Verify the oil level is between the minimum and maximum fill lines.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet that matches the name platerated voltage.

PackingLiquidProducts
Specialcaremustbetakenwhenpackingliquids.
- Coolfoodbeforepacking.Hotfoodquicklyreachestheboiling point,whichcanleadtoaninsufficientseal.
NOTICE: Hotproductscreatecondensation, whichcandamage thepump.
2.Watchthevacuumprocessthroughtheclearlid.
- Pressassoonasbubblesappearintheproduct.
NOTICE: Donotletproductsboil. Boilingwillincrease the amount of moisture that enter the pump, which can lead to corrosion.
4.RunthePumpConditioningProgramattheendoftheworkday.
CLEANING
NOTICE: Do NOT tilt the machine. Tilting could enable oil to flow out of the pump and caused damage to the machine.
NOTICE: If the machine will be idle for more than one month, the oil should be drained from the pump. Moisture in the oil could corrode the pump.
Daily
RunthePumpConditioningProgram
ThePumpConditioningProgramremovesanymoisturethatmayhave accumulatedinthepump.Duringtheprogram,thepumpandoilreach operatingtemperature,whichevaporatesanymoistureinthepump.

- Thedisplayshows.
3.Closethelid. - The program starts. Moving dots appear on the display.
- The program runs for approximately 15 minutes. Donot interrupt the program. If the program is interrupted, it must be unagaint to ensure completion.

- Wipethevacuumchamber, lid, sealingbar, siliconeholder and exterior with asoft, lintfreeormicrofiberclothandwarmwater, or amixtureofwarmwaterandasmallamountofmilddish detergent.
- Thoroughlywipeoffanymildsoaporchemicalcleaners. Residue could corrodethesurfaceoftheunit.

Thelidgasketensuresthevacuumchamberiscompletelysealed duringthepackingcycle. This is essential to achieve maximum vacuum. Thelidgasket wears dueto the extreme pressure differences and must be replaced regularly.
