How to install the whisks on the Cecomixer Easy?

Press and hold the button to lift the arm, then raise the support. Insert the whisks into the holes, turning slightly until they click into place. Make sure the whisks with washers (kneading hooks) are placed in the hole marked 'R' (the largest one).

What is the maximum kneading capacity?

The Cecomixer Easy can knead up to 0.5 kg of dough.

Can I use the food processor continuously for a long time?

No, the maximum continuous operating time is 15 minutes. After this period, let the appliance rest for a few minutes before using it again.

How to clean the accessories?

Wash the whisks and bowl with water and soap immediately after use. Wipe the main unit with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or metal sponges.

Can I wash the accessories in the dishwasher?

The manual recommends washing with water and soap. It does not specify that they are dishwasher safe. To avoid any damage, prefer hand washing.

What to do if the appliance does not start?

Check that the speed selector is set to a position other than '0'. Make sure the appliance is plugged in and the outlet works. If the problem persists, contact Cecotec's Official After-Sales Service at [phone].

How to activate the orbital movement?

Use the orbital movement switch located on the appliance. Press and slide to the left to activate the orbital movement, which makes the mixture more homogeneous.

What types of whisks are provided?

The food processor comes with two pairs of whisks: mixing whisks for liquids and creams, and kneading hooks for light doughs.

How to eject the whisks?

After lifting the arm, press the whisk ejection button (reference 4 on the diagram) to release them.

Is the appliance under warranty?

SOMMAIRE

Carefully read these instructions before using the appliance for the first time and keep them for future enquiries.

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• This appliance must not be used by children. Keep the appliance and the cable out of the reach of children.
• Keep all plastic bags and packaging components out of the reach of children. They are potentially dangerous.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains without checking that the voltage on the rating plate and that of your household are the same.
• Never immerse the main body in water or other liquid.
• This product is designed only for household use. It can knead up to 0.5 kg. Do not use the appliance without pauses for periods of time longer than 15 minutes.
• After these minutes, allow the appliance to cool down for a few minutes before using it again.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use.
• Do not use the appliance empty.
• Don't allow children to play with the appliance. Keep it out of their reach.

• Make sure neither the appliance nor the cable are in direct contact with hot surfaces or objects.

• Always disconnect it from the mains when you do not use it and before assembling/disassembling or when cleaning.

• Do not leave the appliance plugged in if it is not going to be used.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by a Technical Authorised Service.

2. BEFORE USE

Take the product out of the box and remove all packaging materials.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any sign of visible damage is observed, contact immediately with our official Technical Support Service.

3. OPERATION

1. Keep pressed the tilt support pusher (2) and lift up the support (3) (Fig. A).
2. To place the bowl (9) in the swivel base (10) keep pressed the swivel base and turn the bowl to the indicated direction.
3. Place the whisks into the holes.

Note

The whisks that have a ring in the edge must be placed in the hole with bigger diameter of the blender showed with the letter "R". If it is not like this, there is risk of dough spill.

ENGLISH

1. Place the whisks in the corresponding holes pressing and turning round in order to have them correctly fixed. Use always the whisks together. Never use different whisks together.
2. Keep pressed the pusher (2) and move down the tilt support (3) (Fig. A).
3. Select the speed with the selector (5).
4. It is advisable to begin at the lowest speed (position 1) to then increase the speed to highest speed (position 6). However, and depending on the texture of the food, you may use the highest position from the start.
5. Use the slide knob (11) to move the bowl or keep it static. Keep it pressed downwards and slide to the left to activate the orbital movement. With this action, you will get a homogeneous dough.
6. Once you have finished, set the speed selector (5) to "0" position and unplug it from the mains.
7. Keep pressed the support pusher (2) and lift it up.
8. To take out the rods press the release button (4).
9. To remove the bowl keep hold the turning base and turn the bowl in the indicated direction.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before you proceed to cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains.
• The accessories may be cleaned with soap and water. Try to do it as soon as you finish using it, because dry texture of some foods are difficult to take out.
• Clean the body of the appliance with a cloth dampened in water.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the surfaces of the appliance.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper use, as explained in this instruction manual.

The warranty will not cover the following situations:

• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer.
• The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.

The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
