How does the Lionelo Thermup Go work?

The Thermup Go is a flexible heating pad that wraps around the bottle and stays in place thanks to a Velcro closure. It does not heat from scratch: it maintains the temperature of already warm milk or gradually reheats it. The LCD screen allows you to select the target temperature from 5 levels.

How to power the Thermup Go?

The device connects via a USB-C cable to an external source. You can use a power bank during a walk, or the cigarette lighter in your car while traveling. No wall outlet is required on the device itself.

What temperatures can be set?

The Thermup Go offers 5 temperature levels: 38, 40, 42, 45, and 50 °C. The temperature is selected via the integrated LCD screen. The 38-40 °C level corresponds to the ideal temperature for infant milk.

How long does it take to heat a bottle?

The Thermup Go is not a fast heater: it gradually increases in temperature and maintains the heat. For a bottle already at room temperature, it takes between 20 and 30 minutes to reach 40 °C. It is therefore advisable to preheat it before feeding or to start from an already warm bottle.

What bottles is the Thermup Go compatible with?

Thanks to its universal Velcro fastening system, the Thermup Go adapts to the vast majority of glass and plastic bottles on the market, as well as mugs of different diameters. It is not limited to a specific brand.

The bottle is not heating sufficiently, what should I do?

First, check that the USB-C source delivers at least 5 V / 2 A (some low-quality power banks limit the power). Make sure the pad is wrapped tightly around the bottle without any air gaps. For thick glass bottles, it is normal for the temperature rise to be slower than with a thin plastic bottle.

Can the Thermup Go be used at night without waking the baby?

Yes, the device is designed for quiet operation, without a fan or noisy resistance. The LCD screen may be bothersome in the dark; consult the manual to disable the backlight if this option is available on your version.

How does the Thermup Go maintain the temperature for up to 24 hours?

Once the target temperature is reached, the thermal regulation system automatically maintains the heat as long as the device is connected to a power source. The 24-hour duration is understood with a power bank of sufficient capacity and not with an integrated battery, as the Thermup Go does not have its own battery.

Is the Thermup Go safe for the baby's health?

The device is BPA-free certified. The surface in indirect contact with the bottle is made of faux leather (PU). It meets EMC and RoHS certifications. Never place an open bottle directly in the device, and always check the milk temperature on your wrist before feeding the bottle.

The Velcro no longer holds well, how to fix it?

Clean the Velcro strip with a dry brush to remove lint and residues that clog the hooks. Avoid washing the heating pad in the machine, which damages the closure. If the strip is worn, universal self-adhesive Velcro strips can temporarily replace the original fastening.

How to maintain and clean the Thermup Go?

Always unplug the device before cleaning. Wipe the pad with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent. Never immerse the device in water and do not use abrasive products that would damage the PU coating. Let it dry completely before plugging it back in.

What power bank capacity is needed for optimal use?

Lionelo recommends a 10 W (5 V / 2 A) power supply. A power bank of at least 10,000 mAh provides comfortable autonomy for a day out. Make sure your power bank supports a 2 A output charge, as entry-level models sometimes limit the current.

2. This product is not a toy. Do not let children play with it. Keep the product out of reach of children.
3. The device can be used by children aged at least 3 and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, as well as persons who lack suitable knowledge and experience in using the device as long as

their actions are supervised or if they have been instructed on safe use of the device and related risks beforehand.

1. Cleaning and maintenance of the device can be performed by children aged at least 8 and when supervised. Keep this device and power cable out of reach of children below the age of 3.
2. Keep the product away from sharp edges and sources of heat and moisture. The product must not be exposed to direct sunlight. Do not let the product overheat.
3. Do not immerse the product or power cable in water or other liquids. Before use, make sure the product is dry.
4. Do not use the USB cable for other purposes than designed.
5. Use the source of power 5V = 2A only.
6. Do not connect the product to the source of power if there is no bottle with liquid. The bottle must contain at least 60 ml of liquid.
7. When heated food reaches the desired temperature, take the bottle out of the warmer. Do not heat food up too long.
8. To make sure milk is warm enough, pour out a few drops on your forearm and assess the temperature. As for solid foods – taste it to make sure it is not too hot.
9. The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.

The product complies with requirements of EU directives. Pursuant to the Directive 2012/19/EU, this product is subject to selective collection. The product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste because it may pose a threat to the environment and human health. The worn-out product must be handed over to the electrics and electronics recycling center.

Operating manual

1. Pour boiled water to the bottle, then fasten the Velcro on the sleeve tightly.
2. Connect USB cable to the sleeve and power source (charger/ power bank/ USB port in the vehicle) (fig. B).

3. To turn on the device, press the power button (fig. C).

6. If the indicated icon is displayed (fig. E), the device is in the process of heating up.

- When the selected temperature is reached, it will appear on the display (fig. F).

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
The display shows ERROR EO, E1, E2	Return the device for servicing; do not attempt to repair it yourself.
The display shows ERROR H1	Turn off the device and turn it back on after 5 minutes. If necessary, contact customer service.

How to clean and maintain

1. After every use and before cleaning, unplug the product. Before you start cleaning, wait for the product to cool down.
2. Clean the sleeve; to do so, wipe it with a wet cloth or paper towel. Do not clean the sleeve under running water.
3. Do not use strong cleaning agents.
