How to heat milk with the Thermup Swift?

Pour milk at room temperature or boiled water into a suitable bottle. Insert the bottle into the device with the appropriate adapter. Turn on the device by holding the power button for 3 seconds. Select the desired temperature (37°C, 40°C, 45°C or 50°C) by pressing the button. The device heats up to the chosen temperature. Once finished, hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off.

What temperatures are available?

The adjustable temperatures are: 37°C (initial temperature), 40°C, 45°C and 50°C. Press the power button once, twice, or three times to select them.

How to charge the device?

Plug the provided USB-C cable into the device's port, then into a 5V = 2A charger (not included). During charging, the battery indicator shows flashing dashes. When the battery is full, the three dashes are solid.

What to do if the screen shows 'E1'?

Error code E1 indicates a sensor fault. In this case, stop using the device and contact an authorized service center for repair.

Can this device heat solid foods?

Yes, you can heat solid foods (purees, compotes) in the included container. Check the temperature by tasting a small amount before serving.

How to clean the Thermup Swift?

Wipe the device with a clean, damp cloth. Never immerse the device or cable in water. Let it dry completely before next use.

Can the device overheat or heat empty?

The device is equipped with empty liquid detection which automatically stops heating if the container is empty, preventing overheating.

The device is not charging, what to check?

Make sure the USB-C cable and charging port are not damaged. Use a 5V = 2A charger. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Is it safe for children?

The device can be used by children 8 years and older under supervision. Do not let children play with it. The surface heats up and stays hot after use; keep it out of reach of young children.

Which bottles can I use?

Adapters are provided for different bottle types. Insert the bottle with the appropriate adapter into the groove of the heating element. The included 180 ml container is also compatible.

7. To check if the milk or formula isn't too hot, put a few drops on your forearm and test the temperature. For solid foods, taste them yourself to make sure they're not too hot.
8. After use, the surface of the heating element may retain residual heat.

CHARGING

Connect the USB-C cable plug to the warmer (6, Fig. B), and the other end to a recommended 5V == 2A charger.

While charging, the battery level indicator (4, Fig. B) will display: 1 flashing bar / 2 flashing bars / 3 flashing bars. When fully charged, the appliance will show 3 non-flashing bars.

USE

1. Pour boiled water or room-temperature milk/formula into the bottle, then screw the adapter or container onto the warmer.

Important! When assembling, align the adapter or container with the groove in the warmer and the contact point on the bottle. Tighten it using moderate force to avoid damaging the container or adapter.

1. To turn on the appliance, press and hold the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds (5, Fig. B).

2. The initial temperature of 37^ C will appear on the display (3, Fig. B). Press the ON/OFF switch:

4. twice to select 45^ C
   • three times to select 50°C

5. After selecting the temperature, the display will flash 3 times to confirm your chosen setting. The temperature increase can be observed on the display.

6. After heating the liquid, press and hold the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds.

CLEANING

To clean the warmer, wipe its parts using a clean, damp cloth and leave them to dry.

TROUBLESHOOTING

- The appliance cannot be charged

Check whether the USB-C cable or the charging port in the appliance is damaged.

- Can milk/formula be heated in it?

The main function of the warmer is to heat milk/formula. The heating time depends on the ambient temperature, water temperature, bottle capacity, and battery power.

- Dry-run protection

The product is equipped with a dry-run detection feature that automatically stops heating when the container is empty.

- Error message

If the display shows "E1", it indicates a sensor malfunction. Please submit the appliance for servicing.
