How to pair the sensor with the eWeLink app?
Press and hold the pairing button on the transmitter for 5 seconds with the eject pin until the LED blinks. Open the eWeLink app, tap '+', select 'Bluetooth Connection' and follow the instructions.
Which batteries to use?
Use two AAA 1.5 V batteries. Batteries are not included, buy them separately.
What to do if the sensor does not connect to Wi-Fi?
Check that your router is on 2.4 GHz. Ensure the sensor is in pairing mode (blinking LED). If the LED blinks fast once, it indicates a router connection failure. Reset the sensor by removing the batteries and try again.
What is the detection range?
The sensor triggers an alarm when the magnet moves more than 20 mm away from the transmitter. The installation gap between magnet and transmitter must be less than 5 mm when the door/window is closed.
Can the sensor be used with multiple phones?
Yes, you can share the device with family members via the eWeLink app. They will also receive alarm notifications.
How to replace the batteries?
Remove the back cover of the transmitter, replace the old batteries with new AAA batteries respecting polarity, then close the cover.
Where to install the sensor?
Install it on the door or window frame indoors, at a height less than 2 m. Align the alignment marks of the magnet and transmitter. Do not install outdoors or near magnetic objects.
What does a fast blink twice of the LED mean?
A fast blink twice indicates a server connection failure. Check your internet connection and the eWeLink server status.
Is the sensor waterproof?
No, the sensor is not waterproof. Do not install it in a place exposed to rain or humidity.
How to check the battery level?
Open the eWeLink app and go to the sensor settings. The battery level is displayed in the interface. If the battery is low, the app will send you a notification.

2. Install batteries

2-1. Remove the back cover of the transmitter.

2-2. Insert batteries into the battery compartment based on identifiers of positive and negative poles.

3. Enter pairing mode

Long press the pairing button on the transmitter for 5s with the eject pin until the LED indicator flashes, then the device enters the pairing mode.
