In case of any doubts about connection and operati- on refer please to our customer center Specied Conditions Of Use The pump is solely used for drainage and for pum- ping into and out of containers in the house, garden, farm and agriculture and only for water.Respecting technical data and safety precautions. Not observing general regulations in force and instructions from this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages. The pump is not suited for long-run operation (e.g. as a circulation pump in ponds or streams). When used in this manner, its service life is curtailed correspondingly. In these cases, then, use a time switch to secure sucient idle periods between cycles of operation. Do not leave the pump unattended while in operation in order to prevent subsequent damages caused by eventual malfunctions. Make sure to disconnect the device from the grid if you do not plan on using it. Do not use the pump for drinking water! The pump must not be connected to the existing water-supply network as a pressure- boosting device. Never use the pump as a pool circulation pump. Safety Instructions WARNING! Electric shock! ding children) with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or without the necessary lack experience or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person who is responsible for their safety or were instructed by that person in how to use the device. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device. Always keep children and unauthorised persons out of reach of the appliance. Operation is only allowed with a safety switch against stray current (RCD max. stray current of 30mA). Please ask your electrician. Before putting into operation, a qualied electrician must check whether electric safety measures required are in place.Any national regulations in this regard must be complied with. It is necessary to make sure the connecting socket was not near water and humidity and the plug was protected against humidity. Avoid installing the appliance in wet shafts (risk of short circuit, corrosion eects)! Check the voltage. Technical data given on the type label must correspond with electric network voltage. Only use splash proof extension cables approved for outdoor purposes. Do not grab the feeder cable, plunge the pump, lift or carry it while it is connected to the grid! Check the cable and/or socket for damages before the appliance putting into operation. To avoid danger, a damaged mains supply pipe must be replaced by the manufacturer. Do not under any circumstances attempt any repair yourself. Protect the feeder cable from excessive temperatures, oil and sharp edges. If the pump is in operation, neither people nor animals can be present or plunged in the pumped liquid (e.g. pools, cellars, etc.). The pump must not in any case run without llings. Guarantee Warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use and 24 months applies to private use and com- mences on the day of purchase of the device. mitted for any claim in the guarantee period. The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of any unauthorised interference or caused by foreign items. Failing to follow the ope

GÜDE cannot be held responsible for damages incurred in consequence of unqualied installation or unskilled handling of the pump. Transport packaging disposal The packaging protects the machine against damage during transport. Packaging materials are usually chosen based on environment aspects and waste treatment principles and are therefore recyclable. Re

turning the packaging into material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste production. Parts of packagings (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous for children. At winter storing, it is necessary to make sure there is no water in the appliance as the frost could damage the appliance. Prior to transportation, it is necessary to unplug the pump from the grid! The device has to be completely emptied and stored with frost-proof protection. Adhesion of mechanical seals can be prevented if you rinse the pump with appropriate oil (for example, with vegetable oil). Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance can serve as a satisfactory aid. Insucient mainte
