DANGER – high risk, results in serious injury or death WARNING – medium risk, may result in serious injury or death NOTICE – may result in risk of damage to material INTENDED USE ■ The device is designed to be used to chop up and blend different types of food, such as fruit, vegetables, hard cheese, nuts, coffee beans or herbs. ■ The device is not suitable for hot food or liquids. ■ The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial or domestic-like applications, e.g. in hotels, bed and breakfasts, oces, staff kitch- ens or similar places. ■ Use the device only for the specied pur- pose and as described in the operating instructions. Any other use is deemed to be improper. ■ The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect handling, damage or attempted repairs. The same applies to normal wear and tear. If you have any questions about the product and about spare parts/accessories, contact the customer service department via our website: n8werk.net Information About the Operating Instructions Before using the product for the rst time, please read through these operating instructions carefully and keep them for future reference and other users. They form an integral part of the product. The manufacturer and importer do not accept any liability if the information in these operating instructions is not complied with.12 SAFETY NOTICES ■ This device may be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or a lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised or have received instruction on how to use the de- vice safely and have understood the dangers resulting from failure to comply with the relevant safety precautions. ■ The device must not be used by children. Keep children and ani- mals away from the device and the connecting cable! ■ The device is not a toy! ■ The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer or a separate remote control system. ■ Never immerse the motor unit and the connecting cable in water or other liquids and ensure that these components cannot fall into water or become wet. ■ The device must always be disconnected from the mains power when it is left unattended and before it is assembled, disassembled or cleaned. ■ Do not make any modications to the device. Do not replace the connecting cable yourself. If the device or the connecting cable are damaged, they must be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, customer service department or a similarly qualied person (e.g. specialist workshop) in order to avoid any hazards. ■ It is essential to follow the instructions in the “Cleaning and Stor- age” chapter. ■ Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before chang- ing accessories or approaching parts that move in use. ■ Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, empty- ing the bowl and during cleaning.13
TRIC SHOCK ■ Use and store the device only in closed rooms. ■ Do not operate or store the device in rooms with high humidity. ■ If the motor unit falls into water while it is connected to the mains power, pull the mains plug out of the plug socket immediately. Only after this should you retrieve the motor unit from the water. Never attempt to pull it out of the water while it is connected to the mains power! ■ Never touch the motor unit and the connecting cable with wet hands when the motor unit is connected to the mains power. ■ If the motor unit has fallen into water or other liquids, do not use it. Before using it again, have it checked by the manu- facturer, customer service department or an authorised distributor in order to avoid possible hazards.
INJURY ■ Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a dan- ger of suffocation. ■ The blades are sharp. Be careful when handling the blade attachments. There is a danger of cuts! ■ Never ll the shakers with hot food or liquids! The contents must not be hotter than 50°C. There is a danger of burns. ■ Lay the connecting cable in such a way that it does not present a trip hazard. The connecting cable may not hang down from the surface on which the device is placed in order to prevent the device from being pulled down.
WARNING – DANGER OF FIRE
■ Do not cover the device during opera- tion. ■ Do not operate the device in the vicinity of combustible material. ■ Do not place any combustible materials (e.g. cardboard, plastic, paper or can- dles) on or in the device. ■ Do not stick any objects into the device openings and make sure that they are al- ways kept free of dirt or other blockages.
■ Only connect the device to a plug socket that is properly installed. The plug socket must also be readily accessible after connection so that the connection to the mains can quickly be isolated. The mains voltage must match the technical data of the device. ■ Use only original accessories from the manufacturer in order to guarantee that there is no interference that may prevent the device from working and to avoid possible damage. ■ Do not operate the device without any contents to prevent overheating. ■ Switch off the device and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket if an error occurs during operation or before a thunderstorm. ■ Always pull the mains plug and never the mains cable to disconnect the device from the mains power. ■ Do not carry or pull the device by the connecting cable. ■ Lay the connecting cable in such a way that it does not become squashed or bent and does not come into contact with hot surfaces. ■ Protect the device from heat, naked ames, direct sunlight, extreme tem-14 peratures and impacts. Also protect the motor unit from wet conditions and persistent moisture. ■ Do not place or lay any heavy objects on the device or the connecting cable.
There may still be some production residues on the device. To avoid harmful effects to your health, clean the accessories thorough- ly before using them for the rst time (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter). USE Please Note! ■ Inspect the device for damage each time before you use it. Only use it if it is undamaged and has been correctly assembled! ■ Never place the motor unit on a soft surface. The ventilation openings on the bottom of the motor unit must not be covered. ■ Never insert the blade attachment into the motor unit without a shaker. ■ Do not move the device during opera- tion. Ensure sucient stability and hold the device rmly. ■ Do not detach the shaker from the motor unit during operation. Before detaching it, switch off the device and wait until the blades have come to a standstill. ■ The device is not suitable for constant operation. Operate the cross-blade attachment for no more than approx. 1minute and the at-blade attachment for no more than approx. 30seconds without interruption to prevent the motor from overheating. Then allow the device to cool down for a few minutes before it is switched on again.
We recommend also adding a little liquid to the mixing container when you want to process frozen ingredi- ents.
1. Place the motor unit(2) on a kitchen unit
or another dry, at and stable surface.
2. Fully unwind the connecting cable and
connect it to a plug socket.
3. Select a shaker(1 or 3) and add the
ingredients you want. When you do this, do not exceed the maximum ll level (marking on the shakers)!
4. Select a blade attachment:
○ The atblade attachment(4) is intended to be used for grinding hard and dry foodstuffs such as nuts, Parmesan cheese or coffee beans. It is not suitable for liquids! ○ The crossblade attachment(8) is in- tended to be used for chopping up ice cubes, fruit, vegetables, herbs and for blending, whipping and stirring drinks and creams.
5. Screw the blade attachment clockwise
onto the shaker. IMPORTANT: The plastic housing of the blade attach ment contains a sealing ring. This ensures that the shaker does not leak. Make sure that the sealing ring is cor rectly inserted in the groove!
6. Turn the shaker upside down and place
the blade attachment into the motor unit. The three locking lugs on the shaker must be placed in the matching recesses in the motor unit.
7. To switch on the device, hold the motor
unit securely with one hand and use your other hand to rotate the shaker as far as it will go clockwise.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note! ■ The motor unit and the blade attach- ments are not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher! ■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean- ing agents or cleaning pads to clean the device. These may damage the surfaces. ○ Wipe down the motor unit(2) if neces- sary with a damp cloth. ○ Clean the blade attachment(4, 8) under running water with a little detergent. ○ Clean the rest of the accessories with warm water and detergent or in the dishwasher. ○ Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a tea towel before storing them away. ○ Store the device in a cool and dry place protected from dust and direct sunlight out of the reach of children and animals.
Some types of fruit and vegetables may stain the plastic parts. This is normal and quite safe and does not constitute grounds for warranty claims. TROUBLESHOOTING If the problem cannot be solved with the steps below, contact the customer service department. Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself! The device does not work. The blade attachment(4, 8) is not correctly screwed on the shaker. ► Correct the fit. The blade attachment(4, 8) is not tted correctly in the motor unit(2). ► Correct the fit. The mains plug is not inserted in the plug socket correctly. ► Correct the fit. The plug socket is defective. ► Try another plug socket. There is no mains voltage. ► Check the fuse of the electrical distribu- tor (fuse box). The device switches off. Food is blocking the blades. ► Detach the blade attachment(4, 8) and carefully remove the blockage. The device is overloaded because the contents are too thick or something has become caught in the blades. ► Detach the blade attachment(4, 8) and remove some of the contents or add liq- uid and carefully remove the blockage. The device is overloaded because it was switched on for too long without a break. ► Pull out the mains plug and allow the device to cool down for a few minutes.16 DISPOSAL Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that it can be recycled. This device is governed by the Euro- pean Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of this de- vice as normal domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an ocially approved waste disposal company. WARRANTY AND
