USE
Please Note!
■ Inspect the device for damage each time before you use it. Only use it if it is undamaged and has been correctly assembled!
■ Never place the motor unit on a soft surface. The ventilation openings on the bottom of the motor unit must not be covered.
■ Never insert the blade attachment into the motor unit without a shaker.
■ Do not move the device during operation. Ensure sufficient stability and hold the device firmly.
■ Do not detach the shaker from the motor unit during operation. Before detaching it, switch off the device and wait until the blades have come to a standstill.
■ The device is not suitable for constant operation. Operate the cross-blade attachment for no more than approx. 1 minute and the flat-blade attachment for no more than approx. 30 seconds without interruption to prevent the motor from overheating. Then allow the device to cool down for a few minutes before it is switched on again.

We recommend also adding a little liquid to the mixing container when you want to process frozen ingredients.
- Place the motor unit (2) on a kitchen unit or another dry, flat and stable surface.
- Fully unwind the connecting cable and connect it to a plug socket.
-
Select a shaker (1 or 3) and add the ingredients you want. When you do this, do not exceed the maximum fill level (marking on the shakers)!
-
Select a blade attachment:
- The flat-blade attachment (4) is intended to be used for grinding hard and dry foodstuffs such as nuts, Parmesan cheese or coffee beans. It is not suitable for liquids!
- The cross-blade attachment (8) is intended to be used for chopping up ice cubes, fruit, vegetables, herbs and for blending, whipping and stirring drinks and creams.
-
Screw the blade attachment clockwise onto the shaker. IMPORTANT: The plastic housing of the blade attachment contains a sealing ring. This ensures that the shaker does not leak. Make sure that the sealing ring is correctly inserted in the groove!
-
Turn the shaker upside down and place the blade attachment into the motor unit. The three locking lugs on the shaker must be placed in the matching recesses in the motor unit.
-
To switch on the device, hold the motor unit securely with one hand and use your other hand to rotate the shaker as far as it will go clockwise.
-
To switch it off, turn the shaker anticlockwise.
-
Wait until the blades have come to a complete standstill. Then remove the shaker.
-
Turn over the shaker and unscrew the blade attachment.
- If the blended ingredients are not to be consumed straight away, screw on the shaker one of the lids (5, 6 or 7). IMPORTANT: With the storage lid, make sure that the sealing ring is inserted correctly in the groove so that the shaker does not leak.
- Clean the accessories immediately after each use to prevent germ formation (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter). Do not allow any food residues to dry on.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■ The motor unit and the blade attachments are not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher!
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads to clean the device. These may damage the surfaces.
- Wipe down the motor unit (2) if necessary with a damp cloth.
- Clean the blade attachment (4, 8) under running water with a little detergent.
- Clean the rest of the accessories with warm water and detergent or in the dishwasher.
- Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a tea towel before storing them away.
- Store the device in a cool and dry place protected from dust and direct sunlight out of the reach of children and animals.

Some types of fruit and vegetables may stain the plastic parts. This is normal and quite safe and does not constitute grounds for warranty claims.
