Yes, it is compatible with the PS5 via the 3.5 mm jack on the DualSense controller. The mute button and volume wheel work normally.

How to enable or disable the microphone?

Use the microphone mute slider on the in-line audio control. Up position: microphone on; down position: microphone off.

Is the cable detachable?

No, the cable is fixed and non-detachable. It is 1.3 meters long and ends with a 3.5 mm 4-pole jack plug.

Can I use this headset with a PC?

Yes, it works with PCs equipped with a combined 3.5 mm jack (audio + mic). For PCs with two separate jacks, a Y-adapter may be necessary.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headband, ear cups, and microphone. Avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners.

Is the headset foldable for transport?

No, the design is not foldable. The ear cups swivel slightly for a better fit, but the headband does not fold.

What is the difference between Cloud Stinger Core and Cloud Stinger?

The Cloud Stinger Core is a lighter and more budget-friendly version. It retains the same over-ear design and noise-canceling microphone, but with a thinner cable and simplified in-line control.

Does the microphone work with Nintendo Switch?

Yes, simply plug the headset into the 3.5 mm jack of the Switch. The microphone is recognized for voice chat in compatible games.

Is there a volume control on the headset?

Yes, the in-line audio control has a rotating wheel to adjust the headset volume. Turn towards + to increase, towards - to decrease.

What to do if the sound is too low or distorted?

Check that the plug is fully inserted, the volume is not at minimum, and the microphone is not muted. Also ensure that the audio source is set to an appropriate level.

In-line audio control operation

The in-line audio control contains a volume wheel to adjust the headphone output volume and a microphone mute slider to mute the microphone.

To increase the headset volume, rotate the volume wheel clockwise (towards the + sign). To reduce the volume, rotate the volume wheel anticlockwise (towards the - sign).

To mute the microphone, slide the microphone mute button to the down position. To activate the microphone, slide the microphone mute button to the up position.

Usage (PS4 ^TM & PS4 ^TM Pro)

To use the headset with PlayStation ^TM 4 (PS4 ^TM ), connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to the PS4 ^TM game controller and follow these steps:

1. Turn on your PS4 ^TM game console.
2. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu and select it.
3. Highlight the 'Devices' menu option and select it.
4. Scroll down to 'Audio Devices' and select it.
5. Choose 'Output to Headphones' and select 'All Audio'.

Usage (Xbox One™)

To use the headset with Xbox One ^TM , connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to the 3.5mm jack on the Xbox ^TM One controller

* If your Xbox One™ controller does not have a 3.5mm jack, you will need the Xbox OnStereo Headset adapter (sold separately) that plugs into the Xbox One™ controller (pictured below).
