How to turn the watch on and off?

To turn on the watch, press and hold the top button. To turn it off, hold the top button for 5 seconds, then select the 'Stop' option.

How to pair the watch with my phone?

1. Charge the watch to activate it. 2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. 3. Download and install the Paiactive app. 4. Open the app, create an account, then add a device. 5. Select the watch's Bluetooth address (visible in Settings > About Watch). 6. Follow the instructions to complete pairing.

Why won't my watch connect to the app?

Check that your phone is compatible (Android 4.4+ or iOS 8.0+). Restart Bluetooth and the phone. Make sure not to pair the watch directly via the phone's Bluetooth settings; use only the Paiactive app.

How to set the watch time?

The time sets automatically once the watch is connected to the Paiactive app. Open the app, enable Bluetooth and connect the watch; the time then syncs with your phone's time.

Is the watch waterproof? Can I swim with it?

The watch is rated 5 ATM, meaning it withstands pressure equivalent to 50 meters. It is suitable for swimming in a pool or showering (cold water), but not for diving, sea swimming, or sauna.

How to measure heart rate?

On the main screen, swipe left to access the heart rate interface. The device takes a single measurement. For continuous monitoring, enable continuous measurement in the Paiactive app. Wear the watch tight enough and keep your arm still during measurement.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure the smart reminder function is enabled in the Paiactive app and the call reminder switch is on. The watch must be constantly connected to the phone via Bluetooth. Note: notifications and caller ID may not be supported on some Android phones.

How to restart the watch?

Press and hold the top button until a menu appears. Select 'Restart' to restart the watch, or 'Stop' to power it off.

How to clean the watch?

Keep the watch clean and dry. Do not use household cleaners; use a detergent without soap. For stubborn stains, rub with a cloth soaked in alcohol. Avoid wearing the watch too tight to allow your skin to breathe.

What is the battery life?

The battery life is 7 to 15 days depending on usage (continuous heart rate, notifications, etc.). Charging time is approximately 2.5 hours with a 5V charger. The recommended charging temperature is between 10 °C and 45 °C.

Instruction for Use

Charging schematic

Connect and charge the watch according to the picture. It needs to be charged to activate the watch when it is started for the first time.

Wear/Install

Wear the device a inger's distance froam the wrist bone and adjust the tightness of the wristband to a comfortable position.

Replace the strap

Flp the switch and take out the wristband.

Tip: Wearing too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate data.

Download and install App

You can set up the watch through the Paiactive app for iOS or Android devices. The steps are shown as follows:

Notes: The hardware platform of the equipment system shall meet requirements.

IOS 8.0 version or above

Correct operation:

Scan the QR code below or download the Palactive app with watch through the mobile app store.

Wrong operation:
Pair the watch directly with the bluetooth in your mobile phone's settings.

● Dürfing binding process, Paiactive will prompt you to enable GPS and Bluetooth, and authorize "Paiactive" to get access to the GPS on your mobile phone.

①You need to turn on the smart reminder function and the call reminder switch in the APP, and synchronize to the watch.

3. Bluetooth is often disconnected

① If the distance between the watch and the mobile phone is too far, the connection effect of more than 10m bluetooth is obviously weakened.
② Whether there is a shield between the watch and the mobile phone, the human body, wearing metal jewelry, etc., will interfere with the bluetooth connection signal.
③ Whether the bluetooth function of the mobile phone is abnormal.

5. Do I need to keep my bluetooth on when I wear my watch?

① For the three functions, i.e. counting steps, sleeping and alarm clock, you do not need to connect the watch to the mobile phone all the time. If you only need to wear a watch when you exercise, you can connect the watch and your mobile phone to view the data synchronously after the exercise.
② For the functions of call alert, message alert, find the phone, you need to turn on the mobile phone's bluetooth, and maintain the connection with the mobile phone.
