Installation
Remove all packaging and dispose of safely. Wash Liner, Top Ring and Lid in warm soapy water, rinse in clean water then dry thoroughly.
Operation
Place the plug in the electric socket to connect electricity.
Partly fill the Body with water (water level should be between the Min and Max fill lines). Place the metal collar on the body of the kettle, then place the inner liner inside the Body of the soup kettle (The inner liner should sit on top of the metal collar). Pour the hot soup or food in to the Liner, then position the Lid on the Top Ring. Switch on electricity at socket. Start heating by rotating the control knob clockwise, indicator light will come on and stay on until holding temperature selected is reached. Power will come on to start heating again when the temperature of the kettle falls.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Disconnect from electricity supply, allow to cool before emptying the water from the Body, always use fresh water when the kettle is to be used.
Always wash the Kettle Liner, Top Ring and Lid after every use. Wipe both exterior and interior of the Body to remove any food residues, do not immerse the Body in water or clean with a pressure washer.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 3 amp fuse as standard. The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket. The appliance is wired as follows:
Live wire(coloured brown) to terminal marked L
- Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
- Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician. Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency disconnection being required they must be readily accessible
