If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact the cus- tomer service department. Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself! Problem Possible cause Fix No operation. The operating lamp (10) does not light up. The mains plug is not insert- ed correctly in the socket. Insert the mains plug. The socket is defective. Try another plug socket. Check the fuse in the electri- cal distributor (fuse box). Reduce the number of devic- es in the circuit. It is possible that the overheating protection has been trig- gered. This can happen if the massaging heat wrap is not used correctly (e.g. in a folded condition) and there is a build-up of heat. In this case the massaging heat wrap is damaged, and can no longer be used. Technical Data Article number: 02844
