How do I connect the USB hub to my computer?

Connect the included USB 3.2 cable between the computer port and the hub's input port. The hub is Plug-and-Play: no driver is required, it is recognized automatically.

Does the hub require an external power supply?

The hub can be powered directly from the computer's USB bus, but for power-hungry devices, use the 9-40 V DC power adapter (not included) or the provided 3-pin terminal block.

Is this hub compatible with my operating system?

Yes, it is compatible with all operating systems with a USB port, including Windows, macOS, Linux and others.

How do I mount the hub on a wall or DIN rail?

Use the included wall mounting hardware: insert the bracket into the top slots and pull to lock. For DIN rail, attach the side brackets with the provided screws. Installation diagrams are in the manual.

What electrical protections does the hub offer?

The hub features ESD protection up to ±20 kV and EFT protection up to ±2.5 kV, as well as overcurrent detection and protection on each port.

Can I connect USB cables with locking connectors?

What is the difference between the U360-004-IND, U360-007-IND, and U360-010-IND models?

The only difference is the number of USB 3.2 ports: 4, 7, and 10 ports respectively. Dimensions and features are the same for the 4- and 7-port models; the 10-port model is longer (201 mm).

Powering the Hub

DC-In

To power the hub, plug the user-supplied power adapter into the wall outlet.

Note: The U360-004-IND, U360-007-IND and U360-010-IND are compatible with listed LPS power supplies from 9V DC to 40V DC. These power supplies use a 5.5 x 2.1 x 9.5 mm output plug with either a positive tip and a negative sleeve, or a negative tip and positive sleeve.

Power Terminal

To power the hub using a power terminal, plug the supplied power terminal block into the hub according to the connector's orientation.

Mounting Kit Installation

Mounting Hardware Installation

The U360-004-IND, U360-007-IND and U360-010-IND hubs can be placed on a flat surface, or mounted using the included wall-mount brackets or DIN rail hardware. Reference the diagram below when installing the mounting hardware.

Wall-Mount Hardware Installation

To install the wall-mount brackets, insert the bracket tabs into the slots on the bottom of the unit ① and then pull outward to lock into place ②.
