How do I install my iPad in the BLOK case?

Insert the top part of the iPad into the case first, then snap it in starting from the top right corner working clockwise. Refer to the Installing the protective case section.

How do I remove the iPad from the case?

Pull the top right corner of the case back, then the bottom right corner. Remove the iPad from the case. Refer to the Removing the iPad section.

Is the BLOK case compatible with all iPads?

No, this case is specifically designed for the iPad Air 2. Check compatibility before purchase.

Do the volume buttons work properly with the case?

Yes, the case has openings for the volume control buttons. Make sure the iPad is inserted correctly: the Home button should be at the bottom in portrait mode.

Can I use a Lightning charger with the case?

Yes, the case has a dedicated opening for the charging port, allowing you to connect a Lightning cable without removing the iPad.

How do I clean the protective case?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the case. Avoid abrasive products or solvents.

Does the case protect the screen?

Setting up the protective shell with your iPad

Ensure that you fit the screen protector onto your iPad first (see "Screen Protector Setup Guide").

Setting up your protective shell

1. Insert the top side of your iPad into the protective shell:

1. Use your thumbs to seal your iPad into the protective shell, starting clockwise from the top-right corner:

1. Bend back the top-right corner of the protective shell:

Troubleshooting

I am having difficulty inserting my iPad into the protective shell.

• Make sure you insert the top side of your iPad into the protective shell first.
• Use your thumbs to seal the protective shell clockwise around your iPad (see “Setting up the protective shell with your iPad”).

The physical buttons on my iPad do not perform as expected, and I cannot connect Lightning cables or headphones to my iPad.

• Make sure your iPad is inserted in the iPad holder the right way.
  When your iPad is inserted correctly, the camera on your iPad should line up with the camera and microphone hole on the protective shell (see “Know your product”).
  In portrait orientation, the Home button should be on the bottom side.
