How to pair the headset with my phone?

Make sure the headset is turned off. Press and hold the multifunction button (combined symbol) for about 5 seconds until the indicator flashes alternately blue and red. Activate Bluetooth on your phone, search for devices and select KM0650G. If a PIN code is requested, enter 0000.

Can I connect the headset to two phones at the same time?

Yes. After pairing the first phone, turn off the headset. Pair with the second, then turn off and on the headset. Then simultaneously press the volume up and volume down buttons to activate dual connection. The headset will automatically reconnect to both devices.

How to activate active noise cancellation (ANC)?

Slide the ANC button on the headset to the ON position. The ANC indicator will light up blue. Note that when ANC is activated, you cannot make or receive phone calls.

What is the battery life?

The battery life is approximately 14 hours for music playback or conversation, and up to 540 hours on standby. Full charging takes a few hours (red indicator while charging, blue once finished).

What to do if the headset does not turn on?

First check the battery: connect the headset to the charger via the micro USB cable. If the red indicator does not light up, try another cable or charger. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

To answer, briefly press the multifunction button. To hang up, press again. To reject an incoming call, press and hold the volume up button for about 2 seconds.

Make sure the headset and source are within 10 meters with no obstacles. Avoid Wi-Fi interference or other Bluetooth devices. Reset the pairing by removing the device from your phone's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.

Use a soft cloth slightly damp (water only). Never use chemicals, alcohol or detergents. Do not let moisture enter the openings.

Can I use the headset while driving?

No, it is forbidden to use this headset while driving a motor vehicle, bicycle or any other vehicle, as it may reduce your ability to hear ambient sounds and pose a danger.

1. Minimize the volume on your audio device before connecting the headphones in order to avoid hearing damage from sudden exposure to excessive volume. Keep the volume at a reasonable level throughout entire time of using the earphones. To prevent damage to your hearing, do not raise the volume too high.
2. Do not use the headphones in places where the inability to hear ambient sound presents a serious risk (such as at railroad crossings, train stations, construction sites or on roads where vehicles and bicycles are traveling). Never use the headphones while driving a car, riding a motorcycle or bicycle or operating any other vehicle, as it may cause potential risk to your safety.
3. Do not subject the headphones to strong impact.
4. Please minimize the volume on your audio device before connecting the headphones in order to avoid hearing damage from sudden exposure to excessive volume.
5. Protect this product from moisture, humidity, water and any other liquid. Avoid using/storing it in extreme temperatures. Do not expose it to direct sunlight and sources of heat.

2. PAIRING (WITH ONE DEVICE)

1. Make sure the headphones are powered off.
2. To enter into the pairing mode, press and hold the multifunctional button for 5 seconds until red LED & blue LED flash alternately.
3. Activate your phone (or device) Bluetooth function and search for external devices. You'll see a list of available devices; find and connect with the headphones.
4. Enter "0000" PIN if necessary.

3. PAIRING (WITH TWO DEVICES)

This headphones support 2 devices multi-connection. It can pair with two mobile phones simultaneously, and take the call from any of them.

1. After completing pairing with the first phone, turn off the headphones.
2. Then re-do the paring procedure with another phone.
3. Once the pairing is finished, restart the headphones. The headphones will automatically connect to the phone (or device) that was connected before disconnecting.
4. Short press the and keys simultaneously, it will enable the multipoint connect function. From the list of found devices on another mobile phone, select the headphone to connect it. Now, the headphones are connected with two devices simultaneously.

4. OPERATION

• Power on: press and hold multifunction button for 2 seconds. Blue LED flashes 2 times. Headphones turn on.
• Power off: press and hold multifunction button for 3 seconds. Red LED flashes 2 times, then the headphones turn off.
• Volume adjust: press, Volume up' or, Volume down' button to change volume level.

• Play/Pause: press multifunction button to pause music playback. Press it again to resume playback.

• Previous: press and hold for 2 seconds, Volume down' button to go to previous track.

• Next: press and hold for 2 seconds, Volume up' to go to next track.
• Answer call: press multifunction button to answer the incoming call.
• End call: short press multifunction button.
• Reject call: press and hold the,Volume up' button to reject a call.
• Transfer call: during a phone call, press and hold ,Volume up' button, call switches to mobile phone. Press and hold ,Volume up' button again, call switches back to headphones.
• Last number radial: in standby status, press headphone multifunction button twice to radial the last number. In case of multipoint connection with two phones, the radial will be performed from the phone which was connected first.
• Battery Capacity status: when headphone is connected to iOS devices, iOS devices shows the headphone battery power status in the upper right corner.
