- Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow and observe these instructions may result in an accident.
SAFETY ADVICE AND WARNINGS
- This appliance can be used by people unused to its handling, disabled people or children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are supervised
- This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- If you use the appliance in a bathroom or similar place, unplug the appliance from the mains when it is not in use, even if it is only for a short while, as proximity to water involves a risk, even if the appliance is disconnected.
- As an additional protection to the electrical supply for the appliance, it is advisable to have a differential current device with a maximum sensitivity of 30mA. Ask for advice from a competent installer.
- If the connection is damaged it must be replaced. Take the appliance to an authorised Technical Assistance Service. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous.
- CAUTION: Do not use this appliance near
baths, showers, wash-hand basins or other recipients which contain water.

- Connect the appliance to a base with an earth socket withstanding a minimum of 10 amperes.

- Check the condition of the electrical connection cable. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.

if it has a leak.

- Do not use the appliance near bathtubs, showers or swimming pools.
- Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or when barefooted.
- The power cord must be regularly examined for signs of damage and if damaged, the appliance must not be used.
- Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or exposed to moisture. If water gets into the appliance, this will increase the risk of electric shock.
- The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is in use.
- Do not use hair sprays or other spray product whilst the machine is switched on.
- Place the appliance on a horizontal, flat, stable surface
away from heat sources and contact with water (splashes etc.).
- CAUTION: In order to prevent overheating, do not cover the appliance.
- Ensure that neither the air access nor exit become either totally or partially covered by drapery, clothing, etc., as this increases the risk of fire.
USE AND CARE:
- Fully unroll the appliance's power cable before each use.
- Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly fitted.
- Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it are defective.
- Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use, before cleaning, making any adjustment, battery charge or accessory change.
- This appliance is for household use only, not professional or industrial use.
- This appliance should be stored out of reach of children and/or the disabled.
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures or strong magne-
tism.
- Keep the appliance in a dry, dust-free place, out of direct sunlight.
- Make sure that dust, dirt or other foreign objects do not block the fan grill on the appliance.
- Never rest the appliance into a surface while in use.
- Do not use the appliance to dry pets or animals.
- Do not use the appliance to dry textiles of any kind.
SERVICE:
- Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the manufacturer's liability null and void.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
- Make sure that all the product's packaging has been removed.
USE:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Guide the diffuser of the appliance to direct the flow of
air in the desired direction.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the speed selection buttons.
- Select the desired temperature.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE:
- Turn off the appliance by selecting 0 on the speed regulator C.
- Unplug the appliance to the mains.
HOW TO DRY THE HAIR:
- Move the appliance around in circles to distribute the air along the hair.
- For best results, we recommend selecting minimum speed and temperature.
ACCESSORIES:
- To attach and remove the accessories, press the accessory release button, turn slightly and pull (Fig.1).
- Air concentrator D: Designed to dry and fix the style. Concentrates the air flow into a specific zone.
- Double action brush (E): Designed to create large curls and waves in the hair and obtain volume.
- It has two types of bristles for
detangling and brushing the hair.
- Take a strand of hair and wrap it around the brush, rotating the appliance in a gentle manner. The closer to the hair root, the more volume will be created (Fig. 2)
- Retractable bristle brush (F): Designed to create curls with a special system for separating them afterwards. Follow the same step described for the double action brush.
- Use the retractable function to release the curls easily: press the end of the brush and spin it until the bristles are retracted,
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance.
- Do not submerge the appliance
in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.
ANOMALIES AND REPAIR
- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if problems arise. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous.
