1. Only use on firm, level, unobstructed surfaces which are capable of support the bench grinder floor stand and bench grinder.
2. Ensure bench grinder floor stand is fixed to surface capable of supporting bench grinder and work piece.
3. Always use bench grinder floor stand in a well lit clean and dry place. M sure surface is firm under foot. preferably concrete.
4. Enlist help to place and remove the bench grinder from its working position
5. Replace or repair damaged parts. Use only recommended parts. Unauthoris parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
6. Keep bench grinder floor stand dry.
7. Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area. Ensure the unit is properly and securely assembled before use.

INTRODUCTION

Secure bench grinders to this heavy duty cast -iron stand with ease. It anch floors and features a large 10-5/8 x 10-5/8in. table with 600 lb capacity. Features accessory a water tank. Compatible with the VOVER range of bench grinders, and also suitable for other leading brands of bench grinders.

ASSEMBLY

Numbers refer to attached parts list.

Before you begin, separate all parts and group by size and style. If any pair missing, contact your VEVOR stockist immediately.

NOTE: finger tighten nuts and bolts when assembling. Once assembled, use adjustable wrench to ensure all fixings are secure.

WARNING! This stand must be installed on solid level ground and in combining with compatible bench grinders.

ASSEMBLING THE STAND

1. Place the base (# 3) on a flat, level surface.

2. Place the support pole (# 2) into the centre of the base.

3. Tighten the 2 set screws (#6 and #7) in the base.

4. Slide coolant tray collar (#4) onto the support pole. Slide it far enough do that at least 4 in. of pole is showing above the collar.

5. Secure the coolant tray (#5) in place by tightening the set screw.

6. Place the fixed plate (#1) over the support pole. Secure it in place by tigs its 2 set screws.
7. It is strongly recommended that you mount the baseto the floor using 3/8 bolts of a type compatible with the floor surface.

MOUNTING A GRINDER

1. If the grinder (or other stationary power tool) has rubber feet, remove the This will allow the grinder to sit flat on the pedestal stand.
