How to adjust the temperature of my LBN 468 wine cellar?

Use the adjustment buttons (5 and 6) located inside, to the right of the display. Each press increases or decreases the temperature by one degree. The display flashes for 5 seconds then shows the current temperature. For the upper zone: 5-10°C; lower zone: 10-18°C.

How to turn the interior light on or off?

Briefly press button 2 to turn the LED on/off. By default, the light automatically turns off after 10 minutes. To keep it on continuously, hold button 2 for 5 seconds until you see LP on the display. To return to automatic mode, repeat the same operation until you see LF.

How to clean the interior of the wine cellar?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the shelves and wash them with warm water and a mild detergent (dish soap). Clean the interior walls with the same solution, rinse with bleach water, and dry thoroughly. Never use abrasive products or scouring sponges. Also clean the door gasket.

What to do if the wine cellar does not cool enough?

Check the set temperature and the ambient temperature (must be between 16°C and 38°C). Make sure the door is properly closed and the seal is airtight. Avoid opening the door too often. Leave at least 3 cm of space at the rear for ventilation.

What to do in case of a power outage?

After a power outage, wait 5 minutes before turning the wine cellar back on. Otherwise, the compressor will not start. The internal temperature may rise; avoid opening the door unnecessarily to preserve the cold.

How to maintain the humidification system?

Fill the humidification tray to 3/4 capacity with water. Place it on the shelf under the fan at the back. Check the water level regularly, especially for long-term storage. This maintains proper humidity to prevent corks from drying out.

Can I store food items in this wine cellar?

No, this wine cellar is exclusively designed for storing and aging wine. Do not place perishable foods inside. The temperature is not suitable for fresh food.

What to do if the LED does not turn on?

This device is destined exclusively for home use, and is intended for the storage of foodstuffs or special beverage at a storage temperature higher than that of a fresh foodstuffs storage compartment.

SETTING UP THE CABINET

If this device, which uses magnetic door closing, replaces a device equipped with a spring closing system, we advise you to destroy the spring closing system before disposing of the old device. T prevent children from locking themselves inside it and endangering their lives.

Location

Place your cabinet well away from heat sources (heater, cooker, direct sunlight). For proper operation the device, the ambient room temperature should be between +16°C and +38°C (class N/ST). Outside these limits, the device will not operate properly.

- Ensure that air can circulate freely behind the device: do not place it too close to a wall, in avoid noise from vibration. Ensure that air can circulate freely all around the device. Insufficient ventilation will lead to poor operation and increased energy consumption.

Leave at least 3 cm minimum between the rear of the wine cabinet and the wall.

- The device must be installed in such a way that the electric plug is accessible. After in the cabinet, make sure that it is not resting on the power cord.

Connecting the power supply

Your cabinet is designed for operation with 230 V single-phase.

It must be connected to a wall socket equipped with earthing and protected by a 10 A fus compliance with the standard NF C15-100 and in compliance with your electricity supplier's prescriptions.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION

• We recommend that you install your wine cabinet in a temperate room.
• If the inside light remains on, please note that the inside temperature will be higher.
• Temperature inside the wine cabinet may vary depending on the type and the number of bottles contained.
• In order to keep your wines at a stable temperature, avoid leaving the door open for long periods.
• Do not install your wine cabinet close to a heat source; avoid direct sunlight.
• In order to guarantee your safety, and to prevent your wine being spoilt, do not place the cabinet in humid locations.
• Do not store perishable foodstuffs inside your wine cabinet.
• The wine cabinet is not designed for use in a garage, outside, or in the open air.
• The following (approximate) temperatures are recommended for wine drinking:

○ Great Burgundy wines - Red 15 - 16°C
○ Great vintages dry white wines 14 – 16°C

- Temperature stability is of the greatest importance when storing wine.

- Exposure to light, vibrations, temperature variations or humidity can spoil the wine.

The cooling system

According to specialists, the ideal temperature for wine storage is around 12^ C, in the range of 14^ C. Do not confuse with the operating temperature, which varies depending on the specificity type of wine from 5 to 18^ C.

It is especially important to avoid sudden temperature changes. Designed by specialists, for wine in this device, unlike the single refrigerator, electronically ensures constant average temperature control.

The anti-vibration system:

The compressor is equipped with special shock (silent-blocks) and the inner tank is isolated from body by a thick layer of polyurethane foam. These features can prevent the transmission of vibrat the wines.

The humidification system:

To avoid spoiling the wine, it is important that the temperature remains stable in the cavil avoid frequently opening the door and blocking the interior vents.

LOADING

The maximum number of bottles that can be loaded into the cabinet are for information only; this information is not contractual; it provides a means for rapidly estimating the size of the device.

USAGE

Starting up the device

Once the wine cabinet is properly installed, we advise that you clean the inside using warm water low concentration of dishwashing liquid. Do not use abrasives or scouring powder; they may scratch surface finish.

CAUTION! Wine cabinets are intended only for storing and preserving wine.

IMPORTANT: Your wine cabinet is ideally suitable for holding Bordeaux type bottles of 0.75 L cap can contain larger bottles; however care must be taken that they do not prevent the door from c properly.

- When closing the door ensure that it does not touch any of the bottles.

- If you load several bottles at a time, it will take longer before the cabinet reaches the desired temperature.

Starting the appliance

Press the start/stop button for about 3 seconds

Temperature control

The internal temperature is regulated by the electronic thermostat controlled by the buttons inside the appliance.

Each time the “upper zone” or “lower zone” key is pressed, the selected zone is incremented by degree. To obtain a temperature lower than the one indicated,

Control of the light

To turn on or off the internal light, press the button.

The (LED) light is suitable for the conservation of wine.

In order to reduce energy consumption, the LED light goes off automatically after 10 minutes. How we recommend turning off the light under normal use or after each use. However, if you wish to light on, the procedure is as follows; press button 2 for at least 5 seconds; the display will then After a few seconds, the display comes back to the temperature indication and the light stays on continually. To return to the light turning off automatically after 10 minutes, press button 2 for at seconds; the display will then show "LF". CARE OF YOUR CABINET

DEFROSTING

Defrosting of your wine cabinet is fully automatic. It requires no action on your part.

CLEANING

Before any cleaning, unplug the device from the mains.

Never use abrasives or a scraper sponge when cleaning the inside or the outside of your cabinet.

CHANGING DOOR OPENING SIDE

This appliance has reversible doors but is delivered with a right hinged door. The left hand hinge comes with the unit (in the box), should you wish to reverse the hinge on your unit.

For your safety, please unplug appliance before doing this operation.

1. When open the door 90 degree, take out 2 screws (2) from lower door axis (3), remove the then pull out the door and door axis (Fig. A).
2. Put the door (4) safety and take out the plug (12) from top of door frame, unscrew 1 screw bottom and remove the Door limit device (10), then install the Door limit device (10) at top of frame, please use spare plug (12) to block the hole at top of door frame. (Fig. A/B)
3. Take out 3 hinge screws (6) from top hinge (right) (5) and remove it. (Fig. C)
4. Remove decorative nail (8) from left top of cabinet and install spare top hinge (Left) (7) at left cabinet with 3 screws. (Fig. D)
5. According above procedure, install spare lower hinge (left) (9). (Fig. E)
6. The door revolves 180 degrees, install the door with same way it was removed and fix it with aligned.
7. Block the hole at right top of cabinet with spare decorative nail (8).
