How to install the shower column?

Installation must be carried out by a competent person. Check for pipes before drilling. Use the supplied materials (screws, wall plugs) suitable for your wall. First attach the upper wall bracket, then the lower bracket, and finally insert the column. Connect the hose to the standard G 1/2" faucet.

What is the minimum water pressure required?

The minimum operating pressure is 1.5 bar. Below this, the flow may be insufficient and some water heaters may shut off automatically.

How to change the spray setting?

Turn the spray setting lever (mark 15) on the hand shower. You have 5 settings: rain, massage, foam, and combinations. Changing the setting may cause the water temperature to vary; check it before stepping under the spray.

What is the water stop function for?

The water stop function allows you to temporarily cut off the flow to the hand shower, for example to soap yourself. Caution: when reopening, the temperature may vary; check the water before rinsing.

Can I use this product with a low-pressure water heater (wood, coal, etc.)?

No, this hand shower is designed for pressure-resistant hot water systems (central heating, instantaneous water heater). It is not suitable for low-pressure water heaters (wood, coal, oil, open gas, open electric storage heaters).

How to adjust the height of the hand shower?

Loosen the tightening wheel (mark 16) on the hand shower holder, slide it to the desired height on the column, then retighten the wheel. The inclination of the hand shower can also be adjusted via its holder.

What to do if water leaks at the connections?

Check that the gaskets (mark 2) are correctly placed and in good condition. Gaskets are wear parts: replace them if necessary. Make sure all connections are hand-tightened (do not force).

How to descale the column and hand shower?

Use a commercial descaler following the product instructions. Then clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surfaces.

Where to find spare parts?

Spare parts (gaskets, water-saving element, etc.) are available from specialized retailers or via Lidl customer service. Refer to the instructions for part numbers.

Is the hose standard?

Yes, the hose has a standard G 1/2" (21 mm) connection compatible with most faucets. If your faucet has a G 3/4" (26.4 mm) connection, use an adapter available from DIY stores.

If in doubt, please consult a plumber or specialist. The product is intended for personal use only and not for medical or commercial use. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any damage caused by improper use.

The shower 9 should not be used to attach or support anything, as the fixings and the rod 9 are designed to support only their own weight.

Avoid damage to property!

- Assembly should only be carried out by an experienced person! - Before wall mounting, check that the wall can take the weight of the shower rod set. If in doubt, ask in a specialist shop.

■ CAUTION! WATER DAMAGE! Before drilling, ensure that there are no water pipes where you intend to drill.

- Ensure that all gaskets are correctly seated. - Please note that gaskets are wear parts and therefore will require to be replaced from time to time.

Examine the wall before installation and choose suitable installation fixings. We have supplied fixings suitable for an ordinary solid masonry wall.

Mounting

Remarks:

For fittings with 26.4 mm (G 3/4'' ) connection, use an adaptor with 26.4 mm (G 3/4'' ) inner thread and 21 mm (G 1/2'' ) outer thread, available in DIY store or bathroom shops.

A water-saving insert is included in your shower rod set.
The conical nut of the shower hose can rotate freely for anti-twist function.

Operation

● How to adjust the hand shower

Adjust the height of the hand shower holder by using the adjustment knob 16.
Adjust the angle at which the hand shower is tilted by using the hand shower holder 10.

● Shower functions

Turn the hand shower le ^15 to set the hand shower 1 function you wish to have (see Fig. E).

Water-saving insert

The water-saving insert 4 reduces the flow of water. This may have an effect on how your continuous-flow water heater works. If the flow of water is too low, your continuous-flow water heater will automatically switch off.

● Cleaning and care

- Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth and use a mild cleaning agent if necessary.

■ Remove the limescale on the shower rod set by using a commercially available limescale remover. Please follow the directions for using your cleaning agent.
