They contain important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and instructions for use. Only use the product as described and for the specified applications. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please
ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intendeduse
The product is only designed for massaging the neck and / or back of people with warming function and shiatsu style (shi = finger, astu = pressure in Japanese). The product is only for indoor household use. It is not intended for medical or commercial purposes and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Any other form of use is not permitted and may result in injury or damage of the product. The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage caused by improper use.

keep the product out of the reach of children.
⚠ CAUTION! This product is not a toy for children! Children are not aware of the dangers associated with handling electrical products.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
⚠️ CAUTION! The product has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using it.
⚠ WARNING! Avoid the hazard of life by electric shock:
- Do not insert needles or pointed objects into the massage cushion 1.
■ Never immerse the product into water or any liquid.
■ Never touch the product, or the mains power adaptor 9 with wet hands or use it in very humid environments.
■ Only use the provided mains power adaptor 9 as described in Technical Data section.
■ Make sure that the details on the rating label are in conformity with your mains voltage.
In the event of malfunctions, remove the mains power adaptor 9 from the mains socket.
- Do not open the product or attempt to repair it yourself. Defective products should only be repaired by qualified personal.
■ Always remove the mains power adaptor 9 from the mains socket after each use and before clean the product.
- Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces, sharp edges and mechanical forces.
■ Never let the power cord becomes a trip hazard, that no-one can get tangled in it or tread on it.
- Allow the product to cool down before moving it to a different location.
WARNING! HAZARD OF FIRE!
Do not operate the product close to or below curtains, wall
cupboards or other inflammable materials.
- Do not use the product on swollen, burnt, inflamed, diseased or injured regions of the skin and body areas. If in doubt, obtain medical advice before using the product.
■ Never use the product if you have injuries or pain in the neck/back or spine.
Before use
Note: Remove all packaging material from the product.
It is up to the user to use the cover 11 of the massage cushion 1; however the user should be aware that only the cover 11 is suitable for washing according to the care and cleaning section in the manual.
Place the massage cushion on a high chair and fasten it to the back of the high chair with the Velcro strap 12.
Connect connection pl ^10 to the socket 4 at the back of the massage cushion 1.
Plug the mains power adaptor to the mains power socket.
Sit on the chair and ensure the massage cushion 1 is in the desired position.
Operation
☐ Switch on the massage cushion by pressing the power button 5 on the control handset 3, the blue light indicator switches on.
Press the outward rotation button to start rotation of massage heads 2. The blue light indicator switches on above the button.
To reverse the rotation direction, press the inward rotation button 7. The other blue light indicator switches on instead.
Note: Never use the product for more than 15 minutes. A longer massage may lead to tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles.
- Warming function
To complement the massage with the warming function, press the light and heat function button 8 to turn on the heat function. The red light indicator switches on.
Note: The warming function can only work when the massage heads 2 are in operation.
- Switch off the product
To switch off the product, press the power button 5, all indicators will go off and the massage heads 2 stop rotating. The product switches off automatically after 15 minutes.
☐ To turn off completely, disconnect the mains power adaptor 9 from the mains socket.
- Cleaning and care
DANGYONING! LIFE BY ELECTRIC
Disconnect the mains power adaptor 9 from the mains socket and unplug connection plug 10 from the socket 4 before cleaning.
WARNING!
■ I never immerse the product,
or mains power adaptor 9 into water.
■ Ensure the massage cushion 1 is completely dry before connecting the mains power adaptor 9.
Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical cleaning agents to clean the massage cushion 1. It could damage the product.
■ Never allow any liquid to enter the massage cushion 1.
☐ Use a damp lint-free cloth to clean the product. Use a little mild detergent on the cloth if necessary.
Clean the cover 11 in accordance with the cleaning symbols on the label. It is machine-washable. Set the washing machine to a delicate wash cycle at 30°C.
Note: Failure to observe the following warnings may damage the cover 11.
Do not bleach. Do not use any cleaning agents containing bleach (such as heavy duty detergents).
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.

Storage
Let the massage cushion completely cool down before storage.
Do not place other objects on top of the massage cushion 1.
☐ If the product is not used for a certain period of time, store the product in a clean and dry location.
●Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning:
1-7: plastics / 20-22: paper and fibre-board/80-98: composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
- Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for
damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.

To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the appliance.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
