Congratulations on your purchase of the Marmitek Connect 620 UHD 2.0™! It allows you to use 1 cable to connect 4 HDMI sources to your TV, without any loss of signal or encryption. It's ideal when your TV doesn't have enough HDMI inputs, or if you want to connect the devices to your TV using just one cable. Examples of HDMI sources are game consoles such as a PlayStation or Xbox, Blu- ray players, digital TV decoders and all other HDMI devices. The Connect 620 UHD 2.0™ supports Ultra HD (4k), Full HD (1080p) and all 3D formats, making it suitable for all your existing and future equipment. All our products are designed and manufactured to the highest quality requirements. Please read this manual first and follow the instructions in order to fully enjoy the possibilities of this product.

x Turn off all devices (TV and HDMI sources) before connecting them to the Connect 620 UHD 2.0™. If a device cannot be turned off, please remove the plug from the socket. x Only use High Speed HDMI® certified cables for the best picture and sound quality. Using too much force to connect or disconnect the HDMI cables may damage them. x Please be careful when connecting your HDMI cables. These damage easily.

1. Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI sources (such as a

game console, Blu-ray player or digital TV decoder) to the HDMI ports marked "Input".

3. Connect the power adapter to the "DC 5V" and insert the

plug into the socket.

4. Pull the plastic strip from the remote control's battery

compartment to activate the battery and remove the protective film from the top.Connect 620 UHD 2.0™

The Connect 620 UHD 2.0™ allows you to choose which HDMI source is displayed on the TV. If you turn on one of the HDMI sources, it will automatically switch to the correct input. If multiple HDMI sources are turned on, the Connect 620 UHD 2.0™ will automatically switch to the HDMI source that was activated last. To deactivate or reactivate automatic switching, press the input selection button on the remote control for 3 seconds. Input lights 3 and 4 will light up briefly to confirm. If you want to manually select another HDMI source, repeatedly press the input selection button on the remote control briefly until you arrive at the right input, or use the direct input selection buttons (IN1 to IN4) to switch to the required input directly. Alternatively, you can use the "Select" button at the front of the Connect 620 UHD 2.0™.

7 Frequently asked questions (FAQs) No (or poor) image and sound If you experience poor or no picture after connecting the HDMI switcher, please try to identify the problem by connecting the devices to your screen (TV, monitor or projector) one by one. This allows you to determine whether the problem is with the HDMI sources, the HDMI cables, the HDMI switcher or the screen. x Make sure the power adapter is connected and plugged in. x For the best picture and sound quality, only use High Speed HDMI® certified cables. x Do not use HDMI cables longer than those specified in the technical data. x Check the HDMI cables and/or connectors for damage. x Both the HDMI source and your screen should fully support HDMI. x Check that your HDMI sources and screen support HDCP
