  • This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial; household use only.

appropriate position.

3. Place the food on the carriage. For the best performance, move the

carriage backwards and forwards smoothly and do not press the meat too hard against the blade. The duration of your forwards/cutting stroke should be 2-3 seconds. The duration of your backwards stroke should be about as long as the duration of your forwards/cutting stroke, at least three seconds or longer.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Always unplug the device and turn the slice thickness adjustment knob to the zero position before cleaning. NEVER IMMERSE THE UNIT IN WATER, as this would damage the electrical components.
  • Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with paper towel or damp cloth. The appliance should not be washed in a dishwasher.
  • Dry all parts well before putting away for storage.
