SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before using this appliance, read the user instructions carefully and only use the product as described in the provided instructions manual to avoid accidental injury or damage.
- Keep these instructions, warranty card, purchase receipt and, if possible, the box, together with inner packaging.
- This appliance is only for household use, and not for commercial use.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. - Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Inspect the power cable and appliance regularly. If any defect is found, do not operate.
- Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, take it to an authorized repair center.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
- Keep appliance and cable away from direct radiant heat from the sun, from damp, from sharp edges and other dangers.
- Never use the appliance without paying attention! Always unplug the unit when not in use.
- Do not use third-party accessories together with the unit.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquids, or come into contact with them. Do not use it with wet hands.
- If the appliance should become wet or damp, remove plug from mains socket immediately. Do not put your hands in the water!
- Use this appliance only for its intended purpose.
- Never touch the rotating blades while still in motion; always wait for them to stop.
- Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.
- Do not use during cooking processes or with boiling liquids.
- The blades are very sharp. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the appliance as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging material and clean the Chopper lid & Chopper Blade as described in the chapter "Cleaning".
- Take motor unit and chopper lid away from the Container and put the chopper bowl onto a stable, dry and clean working surface.
- Make sure that the chopper blade is correctly mounted on the circle in the middle of the container.
Fill the container with the food. If necessary, cut it into smaller pieces before filling it in. Make sure to not overfill the container. The container has marks that indicates the maximum level. - Put the chopper lid on. (The appliance will not switch on if the chopper lid is incorrect mounted onto the Container).
- Put the motor unit onto the appliance and insert the power plug into the wall socket.
- Press the button on the motor unit. The machine will only operate as long as the button is pressed. Wait until the blades stands still.
Wet or soft food can be processed best by pressing briefly several times on the button of the motor unit.
- Always pull the mains plug out of the socket before taking off the motor unit.
Remove the chopper blades before emptying the container.
TIPS AND HINTS
- Do not use the appliance if the blade accessory, container or lid is damaged.
- The appliance has a safety switch, which prevents the unit from operate if the lid has been mounted incorrectly.
- The appliance is not suitable for chopping of hard ingredients such as coffee beans, ice or frozen food.
• Always place the chopper blade before filling in the food. - If the blades has problems to rotate or the machine runs heavily, pull the mains plug out of the socket. Check whether there is any obstruction in the container, and remove it.
- Check whether the chopper blade is positioned correctly and can move freely.
- If the chopper blade does not reach its full speed within a few seconds, pull the mains plug out of the socket and take a part of the food out; before continuing the food processing.
Damp food, may need to be moved back towards the center of the container with a spoon or similar object.
Do not under any circumstances put fingers into the bowl while operating!
- An even processing of the food is reached by filling in pieces of the same size and do not exceed the indicated MAX line.
- If you want to puree the ingredients, these have to be cooked beforehand.
- Do not overfill the container.
- Do not let the appliance run while empty.
CLEANING
Always pull the plug out of the socket.
The motor unit must not be immersed in water or any other liquid.
Wipe the casing off with a slightly damp cloth, if necessary. If needed apply a small and gentle amount of liquid detergent. Never use any abrasive cleaning agents or a sponge with a rough surface for cleaning.
Cleaning Chopper Bowl & Chopping Lid.
Wash the chopper bowl, chopping lid in warm water and with a little liquid detergent.
The blades will overtime loose some of its sharpness as the machine process foods with different consistence. This is normal and does not interfere with its functionality.
Cleaning the Chopper Blade
Caution, the chopper blade is sharp. To avoid injuries when washing, make sure that you can see the blades while washing them.

Recommendation to process meat to reach 400W power
As this appliance has higher power than common mini chopper, it takes shorter period to process food. For example, this appliance operates at max power with 300g meat (in 15x15x15mm cubic) for 20 seconds, and then the appliance must be cooled down until room temperature.
